Palms Resort #1614 is a Junior 2BR/2BA, which is a 2 bedroom with a full-sized master plus a smaller bedroom, and two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. The master has a king-sized bed with flat screen TV. The second bedroom has custom built Fullsize bunk bed with 2 full beds, flatscreen TV's and its own bathroom entry! This gorgeous condo sleeps 6 comfortably! Adorable custom furnishings personalize this condo. A flat screen TV in the living area with a pull-out sleeper sofa and your own washer and dryer complete this beautiful unit. As an exclusive guest you will enjoy Destin’s largest lagoon pool beneath swaying palms or simply enjoy our many amenities including kid's activities, fitness center, kids' playground, tennis and basketball courts. You'll also be within walking distance of Joe's Crab Shack, Bubba Gump Shrimp Factory, The Back Porch (a Destin classic), Ruth's Chris Steak House, Jim-N-Nick's BBQ and Hooters.

The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon zero entry pool is DESTIN’S LARGEST LAGOON POOL! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges and spacious lounging area. There's a 21,000 gallon heated pool, children's splash area and whirlpool spa.

The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system.

The Palms of Destin offers full size basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.

Seasonally, the resort offers a complimentary three-minute air-conditioned beach shuttle to the beach access beside the Back Porch restaurant. Additional shuttles run to Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village along with Henderson State Park for a small fee. Please inquire with the front desk for information on shuttle times. The Palms is a smoke free complex with an array of amenities. Some amenities are occasionally closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

The property was great!!! Great staff too!!!!!Only disappointment was that the bar/restaurant was not open while out at the pool. Pool needs tables with umbrellas for those of us that are only allowed so much direct sun light.Would stay again and recommend to friends.

My husband and I truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful resort. We stayed Jan-Feb 2025. The Palms Of Destin is a friendly, pretty, clean place I would highly recommend to my family and friends. I loved the rooms and the gorgeous pool area. We could walk to the stores, restaurants and the beach.

We decided to do a quick long weekend trip and I wanted a place with a nice pool. Pool was beautiful but beach area is public and horribly crowded. Condo was nice and does have a partial view.

Our small family enjoys the Destin area for the beaches. This year we wanted some different and a pool for the kids to enjoy. The resort was great and the unit was perfect for us! The decor set the tone and having everything we needed was even better. One minor issue was the internet went down went down the evening before leaving and out until we checked out. Otherwise very happy with this unit and will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The condo was spacious and clean. The resort and amenities were wonderful, especially for our 2 kids. We had an issue with the AC not working the first day, but maintenance came right away and fixed it. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay was all I was looking for, the apartment met all of my needs as well as my family’s needs.

The location was perfect! I loved everything about the unit and property. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I have NO COMPLAINTS. Staying at this property made my first trip to Destin Florida EVERYTHING! Nothing.
