Located on 15 beautiful acres, The Palms of Destin Resort and Conference Center offers an unbeatable, upscale experience in the heart of Destin at an affordable price. As an exclusive guest, you will enjoy Destin’s largest lagoon pool beneath swaying palms or simply enjoy our many amenities including kid's activities, fitness center, kids' playground, tennis and basketball courts. You'll also be within walking distance of Joe's Crab Shack, Bubba Gump Shrimp Factory, The Back Porch (a Destin classic), Ruth's Chris Steak House, Jim-N-Nick's BBQ, and Hooters.

The 11,000-square-foot, 259,000-gallon zero-entry pool is Destin’s largest lagoon pool! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges, and spacious lounging area. There's a 21,000-gallon heated pool, children's splash area, and whirlpool spa.

The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square-foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system.

The Palms of Destin offers full-size basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.

Seasonally, the resort offers a complimentary three-minute air-conditioned beach shuttle to the beach access beside the Back Porch restaurant. Additional shuttles run to Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village along with Henderson State Park for a small fee. Please inquire with the front desk for information on shuttle times. The Palms is a smoke-free complex with an array of amenities. Some amenities are occasionally closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Beautiful place! Id definitely go back. My only issue was the ac wasn’t all that great so when I called and complained they had it fixed immediately!

My family and I had a great time. The condo was exactly as listed. Very roomy, clean, very close to many stores which made it convenient. Our kids loved the entire stay, the pool was beautiful & the restaurant at the resort was perfect. We absolutely recommend this Condo. We plan to stay soon again.

Nice & clean

This place was neat & in a good location in Destin. I recommend it for a family with small kids. I didn’t realize when I booked it that it only had a king bed and a bunk bed in the other room. Since I was traveling w/my almost 80yr old mother, she slept in the room with the king sized bed & my son & I slept on the bunk beds. They were not the most comfortable, but it wasn’t bad for only 2 nights there! The shower in the main bedroom was a little difficult for my mother to get in & out of so she ended up using the shower in the second bathroom. Both showers had these cool “party lights” which were a nice feature. The living room & master bedroom had extra large TV’s & the entire living areas were spacious. The check-in process was easy & the 3 pools are a nice amenity. Will definitely stay at this location again!

The place was very clean and the location was great. The kitchen was fully equipped but bring seasoning if you plan to cook. The only downside was second bedroom is really not a room, definitely a closet with no window. Overall, the place was comfortable and the location was convenient to the beach. Oh and the pool area was fantastic. All of the amenities were easily accessible , very clean. Lastly, the on-site staff provided exceptional service. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The resort had everything and beach access was 3 mins away driving.
The condo had a beach umbrella, wagon and chair for the beach.
Vacuum available.
There are no ceiling fans in this unit and master bedroom gets really warm when the sun is out. Thermostat can not be set below 70 degrees.
Good for families.
