This beautiful junior 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom offers a king in the master bedroom with balcony access and En suite, a smaller guest bedroom with a twin bed and twin trundle plus direct access to the second bathroom, and the living room has a sleeper sofa making this condo sleep 6 guests comfortably. Located on 15 beautiful acres, The Palms of Destin Resort and Conference Center offers an unbeatable, upscale experience in the heart of Destin at an affordable price. As an exclusive guest you will enjoy Destin’s largest lagoon pool beneath swaying palms or simply enjoy our many amenities including kid's activities, fitness center, kids' playground, tennis and basketball courts. You'll also be within walking distance of Joe's Crab Shack, Bubba Gump Shrimp Factory, The Back Porch (a Destin classic), Ruth's Chris Steak House, Jim-N-Nick's BBQ and Hooters.

The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon zero entry pool is Destin’s largest lagoon pool! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges, and spacious lounging area. There's a 21,000 gallon heated pool, children's splash area, and whirlpool spa.

The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system.

The Palms of Destin offers full size basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.

Seasonally, the resort offers a complimentary three-minute air-conditioned beach shuttle to the beach access beside the Back Porch restaurant. Additional shuttles run to Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village along with Henderson State Park for a small fee. Please inquire with the front desk for information on shuttle times. The Palms is a smoke free complex with an array of amenities. Some amenities are occasionally closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Great for families and perfect location

We had a great view overlooking the pool and restaurant area. The food and drinks were delicious and the coffee shop was really good too. The location was great and close to everything. It was our first time doing a more apartment style stay vs hotel and it was a much better experience I think. We ended up hanging at the resort and pool more than we anticipated and loved it. My family kept saying it was one of their favorite vacations we’ve taken.

The Airbnb was perfect for what my husband & I needed for a few days for our babymoon. The host was very quick to respond and easy to work with. Most restaurants/activities we had to take a lyft ride to, but the hotel has a bistro you can eat at which had great food! The hotel room was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Very happy with our stay :)

Great location. We were a 5-10 minute drive from almost anything you can think of doing. This condo was also incredibly clean, as well as the whole facility. All employees were super nice and helpful. The only matter that came up was the handle to the balcony door came off the first time we tried to open it, within the first 20 minutes of us walking through the door. We called it in but it didn’t get fixed during our stay.

Very nice stay for our family

The location was perfect for us. We had an infant and the pool set up and restaurant on location was great. Workout center surprisingly fantastic with a lot of equipment. The place was very clean and nice.

The property was great. I went for a 2 day stay and hated to leave. My kids and grandchild love it all as did I. I had the perfect view I was able to see my kids when I needed a break. I will definitely stay there again. I did have 3 issues with this property, in both bathrooms they had some stray hairs on the floors and in the master bath hair in the shower. Last I thought they had a lazy river as shown on the last pic and the front desk said they've had people inquire about that but they had never had one on this particular property, so I would suggest to maybe remove that picture.. other than that it was the perfect location and will definitely go back again!!

Vacation getaway

Over all place was very nice to stay, family friendly, and place was very clean. However it’s not on the beach but it is waking distance like 10 min walk. You do have to cross a very busy highway/ street.

I loved the location. The condo is located across the street from the public beach and near the back porch restaurant. Check in was a breeze. There is some remodeling going on in the building but we didn't hear any noise from the construction. The building had several pools. We only used the heated pool as the temperature dropped the second day we were there but overall everything was up to standard for the price we paid. I will say we had enough towels and even some. The pull out bed in the first rooms was very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest they update is the washer and dryer.
