Palms Resort #11015 Full 2 Bedroom

My Family and I drove to Destin from Texas and we had an amazing experience at this location. We had an awesome view of the pool area and the beach, it was clean, peaceful, comfortable! We felt right at home and so did my toddler! The beach was 3 min away by car and it was beautiful! There is an in house coffee shop which was convenient and the pool area is so nice. We felt safe in the neighborhood. So many close restaurant! We didn’t have to drive more than 15 minutes to find what we needed! We loved this place so much we did not want to leave! The team was ve dry responsive with answers to questions I had! We couldn’t recommend this place more!

The place was nice, loved the pool! Everything was just as described other than the toaster didn't work or the TV in the living room. (Which would've been nice at night for the kids). Other than that it was a nice stay.

Everything was wonderful. Easy check-in. We decided to stay an extra night called RealJoy right up and it was easy as 1,2,3. Their communication is great.

Our unit was beautiful! Great view of the pool area. The furniture in the living room needs replacing. The couch and recliner both have springs pushing up. The water goes down very slowly in the bathtub. By the time you've finished with your shower, you have a couple of inches of water you're standing in. We also ordered food from the Bistro and got a dry salad without dressing. I called down to ask for dressing to be brought up, but no one ever showed up.These things certainly didn't effect our wonderful week! Very clean building with friendly staff.
Comfortable room and big enough for a family of 2 adults and 4 children.
Kitchen was exceptionally equiped to cook some of your meals.
Washer and dryer were a plus.
Beds were not as comfortable as in a 4 star hotel, but they were okay, i would recomend bring your own pillows, i didn't and i regretted it. Bring your own beach towels, an umbrella, sand toys, etc. If you're thinking of going to the gym, just a heads up, it's really small and in need of an update, asap.
Other than that, we really enjoy the place and closeness of everything.

We loved our stay and it was spacious enough for 5 of us all to enjoy. Perfect location for all the fun activities you can do in Destin area. Only thing I can say that needs to be checked was the guest bathroom shower and sink need Drano. Water is slow to drain down while shower is running. Also if you like extra pillows to sleep bring some . We forgot ours. We loved our visit and would definitely stay every summer !! Thank you 💗

The Palms was an amazing location very close to the beach with a luxury resort style feel.. but the prices were still very doable! We loved the nice pool and hot tub for the evenings! The coffee shop was excellent! Breakfast was delicious as well!

This property had an amazing view of the ocean and the pool. It was at the end of the hall so was very quiet. Unfortunately the apartment smelled like mothballs and there was mold in the shower. A little disappointing but overall a nice property that needs a good deep clean.

The space was so clean and had a great view. It also had everything you need in your stay. The resort has multiple activities and even has shuttles that take you to the beach every 15 minutes. We had a great experience.

The pool is amazing. The view is amazing. It was quiet. The condo was clean. But we did have a problem connecting to WiFi, I spoke to two different people and no one knew why it wasn't working. Other than that it was great. The location is in a nice spot.

1st time staying at the Palms & reserving thru Real Joy/Home Away. The resort did NOT disappoint. Everything was there, pools, gym, bar, billiards, basketball court, covered parking, trash chute, full kitchen, king sized beds, w/d in unit, utensils, pots/pans/griddle/toaster/microwave, dishwasher, & nicely sized balcony. Their were a group of four of us my husband, a friend and her husband. We enjoyed the our trip from the time we entered the Townhouse until the end. Omg it felt like home, everything clean,nice,neat and a beautiful view of the beaches as well as the Lagoons below our Patio. The kitchen was updated and enjoyable to cook a meal. My friend husband made us breakfast which we had enough dishes and room to be comfortable. Late Saturday night we played cards on the Balcony and had drinks to top the night off. It was so nice to just drive five minutes or less away to go shopping and we enjoyed Yogurt Mountain. The decoration was just beautiful and we had enough supplies such as dish detergent, towels in the kitchen as well as the restrooms, Two King Beds with a view and access to the Balcony. I most definite would come back to this same place sometime next year. The pictures didn't do justice for this place even more beautiful in person... Thanks for making our trip from Stone Mountain Georgia and Birmingham worth the travel.

This condo was very clean and easy to spend 5 days in. The only thing is, checking in could have been a little clearer. I did receive text updates, but there was no one present at the front desk of The Palms of Destin to help answer any questions in person. BUT, it wasn't that big of a deal. We're pretty self sufficient, so we found our way around easily. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in this condo for 3 nights. Our party consisted of my husband and I, our 4 month old, and my sister. The bedrooms and closets were spacious. The master bath was huge - LOVED the shower. The kitchen had everything we needed, except the food. We didn't eat out once! The living area was great and was perfect for us. The balcony was large enough for us all to sit out there comfortably. You can see the Gulf, but you will mostly see and hear the pool area and the highway between the resort and the beach. But this is probably one of the best views you'll get of the Gulf from this resort. The resort itself is wonderful. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. We LOVED the pool - it's basically why we chose this resort. The pool area was huge and had lots of shaded areas (including in the pool itself), but plenty of areas to get a tan. We ended up driving to the beach. We parked outside The Back Porch restaurant and rented our chairs & umbrellas from them (note that they don't accept reservations until 9am, so call the day ahead if you want to go out early). We had plenty of towels, linens, etc for our stay provided. They also provided a small bottle of dish soap, 4-5 dishwasher detergent pods, and enough trash bags to last us for our stay in the bathrooms. (I would bring a couple of extra kitchen trash bags). At one point we thought our coffee maker was broken. I reported it on the app, and they brought us a new one within a couple of hours. AWESOME service from RealJoy. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this condo!

This room and resort was one of the best places I've ever stayed. The room was huge and had everything we needed, perfect for two couples. The pool was awesome and had drink service or food service nearby (we did not travel with kids but it is a great place for kids as well). The restaurant/bar was great, happy hour had great deals on food. The beach was within walking distance but they do have a shuttle to take you. The shuttle service was by far the biggest money saver. They have service to the harbor walk the beach and destin commons. Saved us $12 a cab ride one way. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
