Offers a king in the master bedroom with balcony and ensuite bathroom access, a smaller guest bedroom with a Queen bed plus direct access to the second bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in living room making this condo sleep 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy pool views from the balcony, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and a spacious living room. All the rooms have flat screen tv's if you want to relax after a long day at the beach. Located on 15 beautiful acres, The Palms of Destin Resort and Conference Center offers an unbeatable, upscale experience in the heart of Destin at an affordable price. As an exclusive guest you will enjoy Destin’s largest lagoon pool beneath swaying palms or simply enjoy our many amenities including kid's activities, fitness center, kids' playground, tennis and basketball courts. You'll also be within walking distance of Joe's Crab Shack, Bubba Gump Shrimp Factory, The Back Porch (a Destin classic), Ruth's Chris Steak House, Jim-N-Nick's BBQ and Hooters.

The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon zero entry pool is Destin’s largest lagoon pool! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges, and spacious lounging area. There's a 21,000 gallon heated pool, children's splash area, and whirlpool spa.

The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system.

The Palms of Destin offers full size basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.

Seasonally, the resort offers a complimentary three-minute air-conditioned beach shuttle to the beach access beside the Back Porch restaurant. Additional shuttles run to Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village along with Henderson State Park for a small fee. Please inquire with the front desk for information on shuttle times. The Palms is a smoke free complex with an array of amenities. Some amenities are occasionally closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Area Attractions:
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Our family loved our stay the property is very well maintained! Easy access to the beach although it’s more than a 5 minute walk as it stated in the booking but the shuttle is always available. Would highly recommend this property

Perfect getaway!

This was a great place to stay! Only a few minor things were off but nothing that makes me say that it wasn't a great place! The master bedroom tv is touchy and sometimes doesn't bring up the cable. The trundle bed is a little hard to pull out but was still able to be used! Overall a great place to stay and felt like a home away from home!

Great vacation

This vacation was my son's last spring break before graduation. We had a great time. We spent the days at the pool. In the evenings he socialized with friends he made during our stay. The condo was clean and tidy. We would definitely return!

Loved it

Great place to come to with a family, everything you need is in this condo. Very spacious, well kept and clean. Slight cigarette odor even though it's supposed to be non smoking.

Loved the balcony with pool view

Was exactly as pictured. We really enjoyed the location close to beach access by shuttle and activities, restaurants and Walmart very close. Families need to take a blanket or two for the kids as there was no blanket for the pull out couch or trundle but they did provide sheets. Clean and cozy

great location!

If you’re looking for a budget friendly stay near the beach this is it! We were able to walk to Walmart, restaurants and the beach. The property also offers a free shuttle to/from the beach and the harbor/boardwalk. The rental furniture was a little run down but overall clean. We chose it as we have infant twins who crawl all around so the carpet was perfect for that.
