Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Welcome to Palms by the Sea Carriage House, a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat in the heart of Seacrest Beach, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. This charming getaway features two inviting king bedrooms, a brand-new bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. When you’re ready to relax outdoors, enjoy your private space with a bistro table and chairs—perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon drink, or an easy meal after a day at the beach. With convenient private beach access nearby, you can spend your days soaking up the sun on the sugar-white sand and enjoying the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf before returning to your peaceful carriage house for a relaxing evening.

*Please Note: Palms by the Sea Carriage House is the separate retreat and is one of two individual rental units. Your reservation is for Palms by the Sea Carriage House only. The second unit may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World-style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

Enjoy the beautiful sugar-white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. This laid-back, fun family atmosphere awaits you! Come stay and play, and see for yourself what makes our community and the 30A area so special! 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
