The gourmet kitchen includes quartz countertops and premium appliances, making it easy to prepare family meals and entertain your group. Palms By The Sea offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. Two Master bedrooms feature King beds, while the Queen bedroom provides additional comfort. The second-floor bunk room is a favorite spot for kids and larger groups, features two Twin-over-Full bunk beds. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, spending the day at the beach, or gathering together under the stars, Palms By The Sea offers the perfect blend of luxury, location, and laid-back 30A charm.

Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World-style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

Enjoy the beautiful sugar-white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
