What a beautiful home! The location next to the beach is unbeatable.
You are right in front of the pool which is a pro and/or a con!
Keep in mind you’re in a townhome, so you forgo many of the comforts of a single family home in the area ie; No golf cart, no pool toys etc but you have all the kitchen, towel items needed.
The upstairs is HOT, but fans are provided.
The home was clean, well kept and overall very spacious for our party of 7!
We would stay again.

Our vacation at Santa Rosa was amazing. The location was perfect for all members of our family. It is close to the beach yet you can easily walk to several businesses that are close by. Beach access is amazing and private so you having a beautiful view of the beach. The townhouse itself is beautiful, clean, and very functional. There was nothing bad I could say about this trip and we will certainly be back… Just wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We have stayed in Destin numerous times, but we were excited to try Santa Rosa. We were absolutely blown away by our stay at Sago Sands, this vacation. The location is fantastic because you are so close to the beach and the beach is private. You’re not surrounded by tons of people on the beach. We rented a front (only) row umbrella and chairs while we were visiting In the past we have had to rent umbrellas where we were 3 rows deep.
The parking is so convenient because you have your own space for your unit. It was easy to move our groceries and our luggage in and out. We had enough space for all of our family and the unit was so clean and comfortable. Many great restaurants are close by as are shops and a grocery.
I would highly recommend staying here if you consider a visit to Santa Rosa. This was perfect for our family and made our vacation the best it has been in years. Our hosts-RealJoy were very accommodating and responsive when I reached out.

We had an amazing time and stay. The beach was literally right across the parking lot and the pool right at the front door . For a family vacation with little kids you couldn’t ask for a better place. It’s so much to do in the community that we planning another trip to finish it. I highly recommend this place.

About as easy beach access as you can get without being on the water itself. The pool was very convenient and nice to have as well. Three bathrooms with showers made a big difference for our group when getting ready for a wedding in town.

This is our second year staying in this condo for Spring Break. It is nicely decorated, great layout for two couples and teens, easy beach access, great walking distance to everything Seaside and Seagrove. Management communicates well and responds quickly. Highly recommend!

Great place and great beach access with no crowds. Close to grocery and convenience store. Kitchen was pretty well equipped except for larger frying pan that had years of cooked on food still on it! But purchased my on pan at Publix to rectify that. Also no oven mitt and one dish towel was a challenge which is probably not a big deal for some who stay here, but I enjoy cooking big breakfast and dinners for my family. We purchased dish towels and a mitt at Publix as well. Kitchen only has 6 silverware forks so we continue to wash as we were 6 people. Many of the dishes and glasses were dirty too- but no big deal - just washed again before use. That just comes with beach rentals. We have been coming to 30 a for many years and hands down this was one of the best locations we have ever stayed. Would definitely stay here again. I am thankful for the owner sharing their home with us and allowing my family to come together to and spend this special time reconnecting. Grateful !

Great place. Just seconds from the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool as well. We’ve been to Seagrove beach on several occasions and would stay at this location again. The only negatives would be that the 2nd and 3rd floors don’t cool very well and that there is an umbrella rental company that sets up a lot of umbrellas and chairs on the beach even when no one’s rented them so you have to compete with them for a good spot.

Listing description was on point. Knowing that, we were prepared and packed the extra essentials my family needed. What made us pick this place to stay was that each bedroom had their own private bathroom. No one has to be waiting for their turn. Access to the beach is just steps away and their are plenty of out door showers to wash off. Grocery store is just minutes away if you need to do a quick trip. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Condo's third floor room temperature was a bit warmer to our liking but condo is equipped with extra fans in each room which we used. Would definitely stay again.

This townhouse was perfect for our group. It was just a quick walk across the parking lot and down the stairs to the beach. We rented 2 chairs and an umbrella from "Chip the Beach Guy" for $40 per day. We could walk directly across the street to a bike rental and souvenir shop, there were several restaurants we walked to as well. Lots of neat shopping areas nearby. One slight complaint is that the 3rd story of the townhouse was noticeably hotter than the lower levels; so much so that our daughter chose not to sleep up there since it was uncomfortable. Other than that, the home had everything we needed, it was clean, roomy, and cute!

We had a great stay. The only 2 issues we had was the fridge leaked water and the landscaping people blew all the grass and trimmings in the pool and no one was able to clean it. So, we didn't get to use the pool the last 2 days of our trip which was disapponting.

Loved where we stayed!! Was right in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit. Was so close to the beach- just a few set of stairs away!!
The only complaints we had were that the water pressure in the toilets were fairly low, so it took a long time for them to flush and that there is a hot tub listed, but we were unable to find one. We had a little trouble getting in the unit, but RealJoy was SO responsive and quick with a fix that even with the hiccup we were in within 30 minutes. Overall- we are leaving super satisfied, and we have bookmarked this condo as one we definitely would stay at again for sure!

Nice place. Great walking distance to the beach with a private access gate. We got all the right codes to get into the door and gate. I called the RealJoy office and was able to talk to a real person and ask questions answered.

Great location and close to everything! The beach was a short walk and the pool was pretty much private. It was a little windy at the beach and the pool was a great option. We rode bikes everywhere and got them right across the street. The condo floor could have been a little bit cleaner, but I guess it's hard to keep up with so much sand coming in. The toilets don't have a lot of pressure, but the showers did, so that was a compromise. I would absolutely rent here again!

Very convenient to the beach, restaurants etc, had everything you could need including blender and hair dryer! Bed in master was very comfortable even though there were reviews to the contrary. I slept great every nite! 2 flights of stairs, few cosmetic issues, slow toilets and stopped up sinks.
