A long bridge crosses Lake Powell, leading westward to Scenic 30A, the largest Coastal Dune Lake in Florida. With fewer high-rise condos and mainly homes in the area, this up-and-coming neighborhood offers quiet beaches and a more family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy fewer crowds but still be just minutes from all the attractions of Panama City Beach. To the north-west you will find 30A Rosemary. You will be enchanted the moment you catch your first glimpse of this seaside town. Named by CNN as one of America’s most romantic small towns, Rosemary Beach does not disappoint.
