This 1-bedroom + bunkroom, 2-bath condo with an open-concept floor plan with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open to views of the beautiful emerald-green waters! The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops where you can whip up some vacation treats while gazing out at the shoreline. Enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a bunk room with twin bunks, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. We would definitely book this condo again for our family of four! Easy beach access from the front door to the elevator to easy steps. The pool is the best we’ve had in a high rise condo. The water was perfect for swimming and spotting fish, crabs and shells. Functional kitchen and beautiful balcony. Very nice patio area for rinsing off the sand before coming inside.
Only con is that the top bunk didn’t have much headroom- our second kiddo was happier on the sleeper sofa.

We had a very great stay from the day we got there, everything was clean, we had a bit of an issue when trying to enter the condo, I called RealJoy & they were super quick to fix that issue for us. The view is great, beach is not overcrowded which is why we love Panama City beach! I would definitely book a stay here again! The only tiny issue was the beds, they were uncomfortable except the bunk beds but overall everything was great.

Our stay at Palazzo was amazing! Had no problems getting in because we received all the info from Real Joy the morning we left. The condo was clean and had a spectacular view! We had a problem with the lock on our door and Real Joy was quick to respond and had it fixed right away. This condo was very reasonable and definitely worth the money! The only complaint we had was that there are no ramps to access the beach and we had a wagon full of stuff that we had to carry down the stairs. Other than that, no complaints. Definitely would stay there again!

The Pallazzo at Panama city Beach was amazing. We absolutely Loved our stay, the place was clean and had everything we needed. The Bed was very comfortable and lots of room on the balcony to enjoy the beach. The Pool and Hot tub were in perfect condition for relaxing. We will definitely plan on vacationing here again. Great value for the money.

The location, the beach, was perfect. The building was nice and clean. Parking made it super convenient to take our things to the beach. Our condo was nice, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. 1 day was just inconvenient because the water was shut off all day. We did not know that when booking. However, they did bring us a case of water and 2 large water bottles.

Condo was great, conveniently located, quiet, beach was right there. Parking was easy and on site. Elevators were fast. Only issue was no water from 9am to 7pm one day which we were not aware of when booking, however they did bring us a case of water bottles and 2 jugs. We would come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Palazzo. Parking is a little tight but is really convenient. We didn't have to walk far to get to get to our place like other places we've stayed. The elevators were very fast and not crowded at all. We had a couple of maintenance issues we found when we got there but were resolved within an hour after a phone call to realjoy. It was quiet and peaceful here. Overall I would have to say it was a real joy staying here.

We felt as though we could make ourselves at home. Everything was clean, and all needs/anticipations were met. Elevators are fast and efficient. The pool and beach were peaceful, and not overcrowded at all. Parking garage was easy to get in and out of. The location was perfect, and within walking distance to grocery stores, shops, and pier.
The one and only downside was dragging our wagon down multiple sets of stairs to the beach, due to no ramp.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and had a stress free vacation.

Great place and would stay again. The Palazzo is a great resort and one of the easiest to get to pool and beach. Elevators were fast. Best swimming pool view I’ve ever seen! Can see and hear the ocean from the pool deck and the wind kept us cool. Room was pretty clean and beds were comfortable enough. Kitchen was very large and well appointed. Sliding patio door is super difficult to open since it’s hurricane glass and I could see someone with arthritis or back problems really struggling to open it. The master bedroom doesn’t have a curtain only blinds so the room was super bright at 6am— if you like to sleep late and are sensitive to light I wouldn’t recommend.
Overall a great condo and I’d recommend it to anyone! Also, host was very responsive.

We had the best view of the ocean and the absolute best vacation! Our family of 5 fit very comfortably and we had everything we needed there. Winn Dixie was down the road which made grocery shopping easy. Really the only negative was the pool was on the second floor which made it very windy and cold on the first day we arrived but the view was again worth it. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The unit was comfortable, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed. I appreciated the convenience of a hair dryer and a hand mixer. There were two occasions to contact Real Joy for maintenance issues, but their response was immediate! They contacted me if a maintenance person was coming to my unit, whether one of theirs in response to my request, or maintenance provided by the resort. That was a wise safety decision I appreciated, being by myself in the unit, and a stranger coming to the door.
