Absolutely loved the location! Close enough to the beach without breaking the bank, plenty of golf cart friendly roads and nearby restaurants. Quiet neighborhood feel, but only 2 blocks from Scenic Hwy - fun cruising in the golf cart! Destin Commons, Publix, Alvin’s, ice cream… so much nearby! We’d stay here again for sure!

We stayed here for a family trip and had a great experience. The location was perfect — walking distance to the beach and very close to the pool area, which made it really convenient with kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing, they also had board games and our kids loved building the puzzles. There’s a coffee shop right off the beach. It was perfect to walk there in the mornings and grab coffee. The area felt safe, relaxing, and very family-friendly.
Overall, this was a great place for a family vacation and we would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood was really nice and safe with friendly neighbors. Very close to the beach. The beach was beautiful with white sand as far as you could see. Plenty of things to see and do that was close to the house. The house was clean and fully stocked. We were very comfortable there with our dog. The pool was just a block away. We loved our stay and will probably return

Nice home, very clean. Nice little neighborhood. Everything was as described . Pool was shut down which was a bummer, beings it’s still 96 in Sept in Florida. But it was mentioned it may be closed during off season. Other then that, extremely happy with our stay

Love this place. Clean and tidy. Peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach. Parking can accommodate 3 cars.
The only complaint I have is slow internet. We love to do karaoke but it would buffer. I have to tether my phone to my laptop for work.
But other than that, I would recommend this place and will be coming back for sure.

Great place pretty close to the beach. We did have a golf cart which helped getting to the water. No dogs allowed on any destin beach so don’t plan on taking your dog down to the water. House was clean everything worked great.

Great location, quiet, peaceful community. Host was very responsive & answered all questions quickly . I am used to dealing with the homeowner directly so using a management company may not be for everyone. House was perfect, clean but bring your own supplies. The home is not stocked very well. Close to pool & easy walk to beach. Would stay again!

The home was lovely, as described in the listing, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool is a few steps away and the beach an easy 10 minute walk (for 3 adults). The home is very well stocked for a large group with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots & pans. You do need to bring your own grocery items (salt, pepper, sugar etc.). Also, beach towels, chairs, umbrella are not provided. Not an issue for us, just mentioning for others. The host, RealJoy, was very proactive with all information. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others. Thank you!

Our stay in this home was amazing. 5-10 minute walk to the beach. 5 if walking light, closer to 10 if in a group with stroller/wagon. It was clean, spacious, and private. 10 of stayed here, and it felt perfect for us. There were glass/porcelain coasters, vases, etc that we put in a closet while we were there because of toddlers in our group, but besides that, it is very safe for kids! We will definitely book other properties with RealJoy because of their proactive messages and great service.

We absolutely loved this property. The location was a short 5 min walk to the beach and only minutes from shops and restaurants. The pool was a great perk as well. The house itself was the cutest and extremely homey. We had everything we needed and more. It would have been really nice if a golf cart or bikes were included but we will rent those next time we are down. Overall, we would stay here again and again.

First, RealJoy was a great host. We called with a few questions during our stay and they answered the phone, were responsive, and spoke and treated us like valued guests.
Second, the home was a great value in a great location close to the beach. The neighborhood was quaint, clean, nice, quiet, well manicured, and friendly.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home. It housed 5 adults, 2 kids and a teen beautifully! Plenty of room. The extra large closet on the master was wonderful! Tons of storage. We loved being close to the pool, only 4 houses down! We spent many evenings on the wrap around porch watching the kids play. Everyone around was so friendly! its a short 5 minute drive to the beach. lots of places to park and access the beach! the walk is long if you have little kids, but the bigger kids did great! Walmart and Publix, restaurants, and gift shops very close!
plenty of towels and storage. very clean and accessible!!! May bring some extra blankets, it stays cool in there! No problems with the AC or beating the Florida heat. had all kitchen basics like pots and pans, few baking dishes, 2 hand towels and dishcloths. no salt and pepper or dish soap and sponge, but other than that found everything we needed!
We would love to come back when visiting the area again.

If you are looking for a serene location with great access to Destin beaches and shops, this is the place for you! My family and I had an amazing time here. We could easily walk to the beach and enjoy all the Emerald Coast opportunities. Real Joy was great at communicating and we had absolutely no problems. overall the property was great...when we got there the only thing was the garbage was full to the brim and had a horrible smell from previous tenants. The Queen bed definitely needs to be replaced they came and tried to fix but broke again which was like that when we arrived.

The photos don't do this justice! The house was very nice, bright and clean! The neighborhood was really cute too and the pool was super close to the house. FYI: the pool code changes weekly. It was close to the beach but if you have little ones or like to take a lot of things to the beach, you might want to consider a beach wagon or maybe a golf cart. We walked it multiple times per day with no problems tho. Also, Camille's beachfront cafe (you'll walk right past it on the way to the beach) has awesome food and drinks! We'd definitely stay again!
