Welcome to Our Gulfview Escape, a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home located in the Highland Parks community in laid-back Blue Mountain Beach. The spacious home has an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living with a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for everyone. Featuring a master king bedroom on the first floor and another king master bedroom with twin bunk beds on the second floor, along with two guest bedrooms on the same floor, each equipped with twin over queen bunks and additional twin beds, this charming home offers comfortable accommodation for up to 14 guests. Enjoy the sunrise while having your morning cup of coffee on the balcony, and in the evening, watch the sunset on the porch. Take the golf cart to explore all the trails down to Seaside, Watercolor, or Grayton Beach. The location is perfect, for your vacation of a lifetime at Our Gulfview Escape!

Highland Parks is the newest neighborhood in Blue Mountain Beach featuring a fantastic neighborhood pool with a waterfall, hot tub, gazebo, fire pit, snack bar, and observation tower. The area is the highest point in South Walton County and is surrounded by great eateries and local eclectic shops. Highland Parks is perfectly situated between Redfish Village and Gulf Place Town Center on Hwy 30A! Enjoy dining at local favorites The Perfect Pig, Red Door, Local Catch, or Basmati's. Check out the local art scene at Justin Gaffery’s art gallery.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. It's incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from!

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The house was as described and it was clean and in good repair. It’s right next door to the pool so that was convenient. We had a slight problem with the AC that was out upstairs but the host made accommodations for us and handled the situation professionally. We would stay here again.

Excellent property, home and neighborhood were perfect for our long-term stay! Very well-stocked kitchen was a plus! Walking/bike paths and trails directly accessible, abundant and long in all directions! Excellent restaurants in the area open in the winter months. Low traffic and quiet area over the winter months made our stay just what we were looking for. It exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

We had a great time! The location is perfect! The neighborhood was beautiful! The pool is right next door. The beds were comfortable. The golf cart was great to run around town. Papa Surf had the best burgers we have ever had. The beach was peaceful and not crowded. We loved the location and will return!

This unit was amazing for our family. The location was great and located next door to the pool which was a plus and not in the description (put that added plus)! The place was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a few hiccups upon arrival with no instructions with how to access our rental golf cart, broken restroom door handle of the shared bathroom, not enough pool wristbands for our guests (with no direction that they weren’t required for kids), and one stove burner inoperable. All were addressed quickly by management when we called. The location was great and the access to the public beach was perfect by bicycle or golf cart. Despite what we read online about all of private beach accesses we were able to setup our chairs without hassle. We loved our stay in Santa Rosa and can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend this comfortable spot for families. The town is quaint and welcoming.
