Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Located in Villas of Frangista, Once Upon a Tide is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bath home with a private swim spa! On the first floor, you will find a King master suite with en suite bath and guest bedroom 1, perfect for kids and adults alike, featuring a triple Full bunk bed. On the second floor, there's a queen in the second guest room, a queen in the third guest room, and a queen with a twin-over-twin bunk in guest room 4, sleeping up to 16 guests comfortably. This stunning home also features granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. You'll be just 1/2 mile from the gorgeous white sands of Miramar Beach! Take the bikes and head to the beach or explore all the nearby shops. When not enjoying the beach, take a stroll to the community pool only a couple of blocks away, or use your swim spa in your backyard. Beach access is approximately 880 yards. The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobblestone streets, a community pool, and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar-white beaches.

*Max 3 vehicles allowed in the driveway. To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RVs, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway or the garage. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Parking on the street is not allowed whatsoever in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. No overflow parking is available in this neighborhood. Vehicle owners will be responsible for towing fees and HOA fines associated with exceeding the maximum number of vehicles allotted or defiance of policies.

Area Attractions:

Once Upon a Tide is located about 3 miles from the Silver Sands Outlet Centers and is convenient to both the action in Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, and a park with pop-up fountains at its center.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. For the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's) it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great house

The house was spacious and comfortable for everyone and very clean. We had 4 adults and 8 kids ranging from 10 months old to 16 years old and everyone enjoyed it. The beach is a short walk away, the bikes are very convenient and the neighborhood feels very safe.We didn't use the community pool as the weather was a little chilly and it was not heated. The hot tub was a nice commodity. The kitchen is very well equipped. We would definitely go back, maybe when it's a little warmer...

Newer house in quiet, quaint neighborhood

The house is newer and has nice finishes and nice decor inside. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and a close 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The bikes come in handy and are good quality. The communication with RealJoy was great! Highly recommend!

WONDERFUL

This home was absolutely gorgeous! It was much larger than it looks in the photos. It was immaculate. It had everything you need in the kitchen. The outdoor space was wonderful and the swim spa was the icing on the cake. I would love to return and would highly recommend it! The pool is around the corner and the beach is a short walk away.
