We had a great stay! The view was amazing, the condo was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable! Loved the large balcony and comfortable seating! It was perfect for us! Would definitely stay again!!

It was the perfect location. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything. Only thing is, I think the front bedroom should have black out blinds because the outside light at night is bright and the sun rise is bright

This was an amazing place to stay. The condo was clean and smelled so good when you walked through the door. The condo had everything we needed, from pots and pans to extra pillows and blankets. The view from the balcony was spectacular! The balcony was big and had plenty of room and seating. It was just down the elevator and a few steps away from the beach. My family and I had such a good time.

The condo was one of the cleanest I've seen and everything seemed to work as it should. The elevators had very short wait times, if not immediate, even on the busiest check-in/check-out days. The condo has a very well-stocked kitchen. Has a spacious balcony. The views are amazing and make you feel on top of the world. 2 pools and a hot tub, also very clean. The Real Joy management company is very responsive and helpful. I didnt get to use the sauna, but it looked nove and clean. The work-out area is only 3 cardio machines, no weights. Unfortunately, the treadmill wasnt working. The only real issue I had was the the mattress in the main bedroom desperately needs to be replaced. Woke up sore everyday. Half the mattress has a large dip and the foot just collapses. Also, the foot board protrudes out in a way that it is almost impossible to avoid bumping into it and really hurts and will bruise (We did this several times before learning). I suggest bringing a pool noodle to cut and fit over it. Overall very satisfied, just as advertised.

The patio furniture and view of gulf, the board game selection, very clean unit When we first arrived, the maids had left the door unlocked and partially open which made us nervous. Also the master bed was hard at the foot of bed. Both my husband and myself got bruised bumping into it.

The property was perfect for our family of 6! Our kids loved the 2 pools, and my husband enjoyed the steam room and hot tub. The view was amazing, although if scared of heights probably want to avoid the balcony😉. The ocean was so warm and clear and a beautiful beach just steps away from the condo. The only downfall was the king size mattress could definitely use an upgrade. Would definitely stay again😃

My family travels to Panama City Beach every spring break. Everything about this condo was perfect. The entire place is decorated with such a beachy feel. The table and bar was plenty for our family of 8. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. I was so pleased with how clean this condo was. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The balcony furniture was super cute with comfortable furniture. It was also a big plus that the rental included beach chair service that we normally pay around $200 for the week. Definitely worth the money! We are already discussing booking this for our next Spring Break trip. The only issue we had was needing another parking tag as only one was left in the condo. It took trying for hours to get ahold of someone to bring us one but they finally brought it the next day. We are still so pleased with our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We will definitely be back!

Pictures didn't do this condo justice! It was better than I expected. The room was super clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything and more that we could've needed. The resort itself was perfect for us. We stayed on the very top floor and it was super quiet. I love that this resort only has 6 condos per floor. The elevators were remarkably faster than the other resort I've stayed at a couple times before. I was honestly nervous because I usually stay at the same resort when we go to PCB, but wasn't able to get a room there this time. Ocean Villa was absolutely fantastic. My boyfriend said we'll never stay anywhere else now when we go.

This was one of the best appointed condos I have ever stayed in! I teach cooking and the kitchen equipment was fantastic- I didnt even have to pull my personal things out that I travel with! We needed a getaway badly! And my daughter wanted to go to the beach for her bday so we looked at places online and found this amazing place. It’s perfect! The decor, the view, the hot water never runs out in the bathroom (and their were 5 of us girls here), sparkling clean, the balcony is huge! The only minor complaint my kid had was that the door wouldn’t open in the living room to the balcony. I think the lock was stuck. But I was ok with that since I didn’t want any of the kids going outside after I went to bed anyway. Other than that our stay was perfect. I’ve already told my best friend we need a girls trip back here 😊

Condo was very nice! Amazing view, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and comfortable beds! The condo elevators were a breeze! Getting from our room on the top 23rd floor to the pool took all of maybe 5 mins! The only thing that need to be changed is the TV in the master it makes a high pitched noise, probably because of age. The condo also needs a good deep cleaning.... There was dust thick enough to write your name on the chest of drawers in the master. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place to stay. The condo is very well decorated.
Beds are extremely comfortable.
Here are the things I wish I had packed and had to buy:
Beach towels (there are plenty of hotel white towels if you want to use those)
Coffee filters for the coffee pot (size 4 round)
Plenty of dishes. Even has a frozen drink specialty blender. Chops ice. Fun glasses.
The gas grills are easy to use.
Would have been VERY nice to know that from March 1 until March 31 no alcohol on the beach. Actually can be arrested for drinking on the beach.

Everything was just as described. There was enough room for our family of 6. Our older three girls enjoyed the guest bedroom with two beds and we had plenty of room to set up the pack and play in the living room for our little one. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The view was gorgeous. We did not use the beach service because the chairs were to far away from the beach for us to feel comfortable watching our children in the water. It was awesome that it was included though! Truly enjoyed this unit and it will definitely go on the short list of ones we would stay in again!

The room was great, I loved the king size bed in the master, it was so comfortable. I only negative thing I would say about staying there was the 4pm check in time. The whole day was wasted.

The condo was on the 23rd floor and had the most amazing views!!! It was very clean, spacious and had everything my family needed (-minus the food and stuff of course). The location was perfect! We can not wait to stay again soon!
