Had a great time, the beach service included with the stay was awesome! The property is easy to navigate, and the condo itself is clean and comfy. The fridge was large and the ice maker was able to keep up with filling a cooler every day.

This was our first stay at Ocean Villa however, we visit PCB every year. These condos were in a great location, the capacity on the beach and at the pools and the elevators was perfect. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable. The linens were nice. The kitchen had all the accommodations we needed throughout our stay. we received messages asking if we needed anything. We were very pleased and will definitely be looking to stay again in the future.

Great condo overall

Great place overall. Only complaint would be they skimped on bedding/mattresses. For example only two flat pillows on king bed.. the couple extras in closet weren’t appealing so we ended up buying pillows the second day. Mattresses were cheap but not the worst.. Just looking for that hotel feel and it missed the mark. Loved the balcony set up and beach service! Building was quiet, elevators fast. Lots of parking across the street. Checking in and out was easy. Communication great. First time staying on this end, much quieter than pier park area. Would stay again for the price.

The unit was perfect for my family, and exactly as pictured. I loved the easy check-in, and location was great. We were able to walk to restaurants everyday for lunch and dinner options. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a plus. Here’s a few tips for anyone staying here in the future. There are luggage carts on the first or second floor near the elevator entrance. We did not discover this until day 2, after doing multiple trips to haul all our luggage and groceries from the skywalk parking lot. The listing posts no hair dryer, however, both bathrooms had one and both worked fine. We inquired about iron/board prior to our trip and was told there weren’t any, so we packed an iron, but they unit did have iron and board. Be careful not to use the steam option button, it’ll leave burn marks on your clothes. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a Million dollar view of the GULF, the Villa was adequately supplied with items needed during a stay. However 2 SAFETY issue were observer, 1) the shower drain sticks up, it’s not recessed into the tub… 2) a non/slip shower pad should be added to the bathroom I did slip in the tub and my foot made contact with the prouding drain(sticking -up).... yes it wasn’t pleasant… this is a potential hazard for a serious injury… The TV in the 1st B/R should be replaced…the picture is terrible… Overall the million dollar view compensated for shortfalls…

Great place! We want to go back!
Place was cleans, easy access and host was very responsive.
I however would recommend to leave a welcome basic things for guests (i.e. bottle of water, basics for making coffee at least).
We will come back! Great view, peaceful and great for families.

We really enjoyed staying here. Right on the beach, nice big hot tub, heated pool, sauna. The balcony was nice and large. We enjoyed watching the jets fly by almost every day. Nice furniture there. TV’s were large and worked great, we had to have them bring batteries but they brought them promptly. There was a delicious diner right across the street where we had breakfast. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. There was a grill on the deck that we cooked steak and hamburgers several times. A grocery store was close by. Parking was under the building and across the street so no problems with that. There were 3 elevators but we were down to one a couple of days and had to wait several minutes a few times but I’m grasping now. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for a great place to stay and a great time.
