We really enjoyed making memories in Oceanvilla 2303! The only call out I have is the picture of the bedrooms are not accurate. The master bedroom showed to have the queen bed and the second bedroom showed to have the king bed. I did not realize at booking the king bed was not pictured in the master bedroom or I would not have booked this unit. The beds were swapped when we arrived and we were thankful! The king in the master bedroom was exactly what my family needed! Thank you for also changing the thermostat for us to accommodate our child with special needs.

This was by far the best booking... Ever! Real Joy made everything so easy and our penthouse was the best we have ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, they answered any questions that I had in a very timely manner. The beach was stunning. We will never book with anyone else again. Our vacation was absolutely perfect. Great place to stay. Nice and clean. Great location on the beach. Everything worked properly. Nice big balcony. Would definitely stay here again.
Only thing we noticed was that they have switched the beds to opposite rooms from what the photos show which was a little confusing. The king is in the balcony room, the queen is in the other .

Condo was just as described and pictured. Right on the beach with stunning views, top floor. Check in and checkout were super easy. Parking is tight but there is overflow parking which was also a breeze to get to. Very close to everything. We can’t wait to go back and have a longer stay.

Overall, I really enjoyed our stay! It was pleasant! The only thing I would suggest as I have seen in other reviews, I think the king bed should be in the room with the view. Second, the AC UNIT wasn’t really blowing air, but we made it work since we only spent a portion of the time in the condo. Ultimately, It was clean, pleasant, and the view was absolutely amazing!

The location, the condo and Vacasa made for an unforgettable vacation. A situation came up at the last minute and Vacasa handled it so very well. This home was the best one I’ve ever rented! It’s soooo nice with all the nice amenities. The beds are comfy. Even the sofa sleeper! Very nicely decorated. It smells like a new home inside. The condo was adorable. Balcony view was incredible. Very nice place and good location. Would certainly stay here again. Beds were comfortable and I loved the huge sink in the kitchen. We visited the first week of May and absolutely loved this condo!! It’s beautiful and clean with a very spacious balcony. Our family of five ( 3 kids: 13, 12, 11) were either at the beach or on the balcony making memories.

I loved how easy it was to get to the beach. Elevators were quick. Parking was easy. Wish it included beach chairs/umbrellas rental, but Walmart was super close and we just bought an umbrella instead :)

If we are back in Panama City, we would love to come back to this lovely unit.

The building was quiet and easy to access. This condo is beautiful and just as it is in the photo. Kitchen, rooms, bathrooms all clean and inviting. Kitchen has everything needed for easy breakfast and lunch cooking. Loved the countertops and oversized sink. Bathrooms are modern with a nice tiled shower. The balcony is large and has beautiful unobstructed views on the beach. Whoever decorated and set this up was attentive to most every detail. The beds were comfortable and the white sheets and pillows were crisp and clean. I can’t say enough good things about this condo - nicest one I’ve ever rented. Our only 1 minor issue was with Vacasa. They forgot to leave parking passes but we eventually got them. I would love to rent this place again.

This was one of the best condos I have stayed at PCP. Condo is completely updated and well taken care of. When we arrived everything was spotless clean. The condo is on the 23 floor with a beautiful view. I was a little worried about the size of the building but actually it was just perfect. There is 3 elevators and they run pretty fast. The longest we waited on one was during out check in which was less than 5 min. Parking is attached to the condo but there is also some parking spots under the building. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a family dinner. Bedrooms are big and beds are super comfortable including the sleeping sofa. Bathrooms are huge. I can’t say enough about this condo. We really enjoyed our stay and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

The condo was beautiful and made us feel right at home. The elevators were always working with very little wait time and we were on the 23rd floor. The view was spectacular as we watched multiple ocean wildlife. The location of the complex is great with lots of restaurants and activities close by. We will be returning.

Walking into this condo, my family was in awe at how beautiful this home was! Everything ocean….ocean colors, decor, fresh, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was stunning! The condo looks better on the inside than the pictures due justice. We stayed at the end of September. The unit is very clean, the reviews are true! Also, the view is beautiful. The water was murky due to the storm, but the view was still beautiful. We even saw some sort of cool military jet fly by at eye level view! Talk about high up! Oh and the sound.. It was like a movie! I dont know if that happens all the time or if it was just a lucky Birthday surprise for me, but I'd return for that alone! Great stay.

Let me start by saying I am extremely picky. I searched for months before finding this gem. My family of five was going to PCB for my daughters dance comp in July. I was drawn to this condo because the complex itself was smaller and not overcrowded like all the other resorts on the beach. The pictures represented exactly the condo I walked into. Clean, clean, clean by every means. I am OCD and I was blown away by the cleanliness. 2 large bedrooms and 2 beautiful remodeled baths. The kitchen was gorgeous with convenient snack bar and dining table. The couches and chairs in living area were comfortable and stylish. The view, OMG, the view! I have been to many beautiful places but this view takes the cake. Located on the 23rd floor, this "penthouse" has million dollar views from both the living area and master bedroom. The balcony is HUGE and was my favorite place to be every morning and at the end of every night. Ocean Villa itself was clean, well maintained and we had no issues parking. The pools were very nice and we enjoyed grilling at the picnic area conveniently located next to the pool. Beach access was awesome. Loved that this condo came with two beach chairs and and umbrella for our entire stay. Parasailing and banana boat rides were also available right on the beach behind Ocean Villa. My family had the most amazing time in PCB and loved this condo. We cant wait to come back!!! Thank you to the owners for letting us rent your beautiful place!

We loved this condo. 4 of us total. So much extras than most condos we have been to haven't had, such as vacuum cleaner, complimentary beach chair service, no unruly neighbors. Maintenance guys always working and very nice. Spacious, plenty of room. Best part the oversized deck overlooking the ocean.

Upon arrival to Ocean Villa My first initial thought when pulling in to the parking garage was oh my! How gorgeous! You see the beach as soon as you pull up and the view is unbelievable. Definitely well thought out because that's exactly what someone that has made a 7hr+ drive wants to see to make it well worth the drive! The only thing I have to say in a negative way about oceanvilla has to do with the parking. There are only about 15 or less parking spaces at the condo itself. There are three levels of parking across the street. As a single mother of 2 children (ages1&9) it was a huge inconvenience at nighttime because the parking at the condo were obviously filled first so we would have to park across the street. Carrying a baby, all of our things from shopping throughout the day, diaperbags etc became A huge struggle. It's definitely not a huge deal but it just made it hard to get back to the room at the end of the day. Now let's get to the good stuff! Unit 2303 has to be the most beautiful condo I've ever laid eyes on! The furniture and appliances are all new and modern. This is a huge plus for me! I hate to shell out a ton of money for a condo and then the entire place look like the condos did when we went to the beach in the 90s. Be sure to bring garbage bags because there were none provided. We had to use our shopping bags to pile garbage in throughout the week. The beds were more comfortable than mine at home! My oldest son slept on the sofa beds and he said he has never slept on the bed so comfortable! And we all have brand new beds at home LOL. The bathrooms were absolutely gorgeous as well. They had the most beautiful standup showers. As a mother of a one-year-old it would have been so nice to have had a tub somewhere in the unit but this is not a dealbreaker at all! If you have a small one that needs a bath tub bring a small blowup pool like I did. Every room, including the living room, had big flatscreen Smart TVs. I was extremely impressed! But the best part of the entire unit had to be the huge balcony! I have never seen a balcony so big in my life! We were on the very top floor which made the view breathtakingly Beautiful. There was a large table and chairs as well as two chairs to lay out if you wanted to. The table is perfect to have dinner or breakfast as a family. The only two negative things I have to throw in aren't really huge deal breakers either. I had a package I was expecting to come to my house while I was gone. The lady at HOA said they would deliver it there so I rerouted it. BIG MISTAKE. Long story short it was delivered to the front door of our condo while we were gone & instead of delivering it to HOA they just left the package on the ground to be stolen. That's my own fault though. The second thing I'm not very pleased with is the charge for leaving an item. I understand it has to be a huge inconvenience to constantly have to mail back things to people. I have never left anything anywhere we have ever stayed. I brought a very expensive essential oil diffuser as it helps my 1 year old sleep better. He had to have heart surgery at two weeks old and will have to have another in a month or two so naps and sleep are vital to recharge his little heart. Long story short they charge a $25 finding fee AND whatever shipping is on top of that. That seems a bit extreme to me. But, AGAIN, it's my own fault for not checking to make sure I packed everything more thoroughly. All in all I am so unbelievably pleased with my stay and will definitely be back! I did my homework for two weeks looking at places in PCB and this was the most affordable place and far more gorgeous than anywhere else I found! There were a couple people we met by the pool that stayed two more days then we did and six floors below us and paid triple what we paid by booking through someone else. I say all of that to say this, DO NOT book anywhere else. Unit 2303 at Ocean Villa has to be the most go...

This condo is beautiful! 23 floors up, you can see for miles. Everything was great except for the smokers! We specifically chose this condo because of the 'strict' non smoking in common areas and balconies policy that was on the website. They obviously can't read any of the signs that are posted everywhere. We enjoyed the balcony and view when the smokers weren't out. It's very frustrating for a non smoking family. 5 stars for the condo as they can't help it people won't abide by the rules but it definitely needs to be policed.

It's at the very top and absolutely beautiful! The wait time for a elevator was not bad at all maybe 5 min tops. We had everything we needed! We only bought food and tide to was clothes. Only issue we had is wheb we first arrived our code for the door didn't work but I called vacasa on the spot and with in 5 min was given another code. Everything was wonderful!!! We will be back again.

This condo had beautiful views, an amazing location, it was super clean, and the decor was just perfect for a weekend get away! It was so relaxing. The balcony might be the best part! It is bigger than my apartment back home--it seemed :) The water is so incredibly gorgeous and the view from the penthouse floor was to die for. The decor is very beach vacation and it made my getaway seem even more complete! The beds were super comfortable (I tried both, but you can't beat the master bedroom with the view). The location is perfect: right on the beach, multiple pools, hot tub, walking distance to some great restaurants, a short drive to Pier Park, and some amazing entertainment just down the road! I loved walking to Pineapple Willys from the condo to the restaurant on the beach! Such a blast. I will definitely come back to this unit. It was the perfect vacation.

Location, location, location!! This condo is in walking distance of anything and everything thing you need! Absolutely beautiful view, very clean, and well kept. Pictures do not do this place justice. We will be back soon.

This condo was so beautiful it was like stepping into a magazine. Beautifully decorated and very cozy and comfortable. The ocean view was spectacular. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Everything was as pictured. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. Pier Park was a short distance. Walmart was right up the road. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend get away.

This rental unit was fantastic. It is everything displayed in the VRBO description. This unit has exceptional views from the balcony with plenty of patio furniture. This unit is clean and provides all the amenities one would need to stay here. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT AND WILL RETURN TO STAY HERE!

The property is very nice ,view from the balcony is just breath taken , was able to see dolphins from there, very close to beach , pool and jacuzi was a plus. Well furnish ,you can cook about anything you want ,with tools supplied in kitchen. Bed and bath well supplied as well . Was a amazing weekend wish can stay longer.
