Guests will find a king bed located in the master, two full beds in the guest bedroom, sleeping up to 6 comfortably. The inviting living room makes for the perfect spot to enjoy a movie and some popcorn. Relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on your large private balcony as you take in the view of the white sand beach and watch the waves crash against the shore. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available within the condo. Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, this 23-story resort is within walking distance to several shopping options, restaurants and area attractions. The enclosed walkover ensures safety and comfort while crossing the street from the 3-story covered parking deck. Guests staying in this resort will have access to many exciting amenities including 2 swimming pools (outdoor pool and seasonally heated indoor pool), an oversized hot tub, grilling area, and exercise room with sauna and steam room! This exclusive complex has high-speed elevators and only 125 total properties.

Amazing Condo!

Best place to stay in PCB

Second time staying here. It is always clean, a few feet from the beach and perfect location for stores /restaurants. The condo is beautifully decorated and very well kept. Has everything you could need for your stay ! The washer and dryer are always a plus and the beds were comfortable. Much better than staying close to Pier park. Traffic is much less on this end of PCB Nothing

Fall trip getaway

Ocean Villa is always a great place to stay. This is our 4th time staying at this location but 1st time in this unit. It’s a great location and clean. This unit was very clean and updated and the checkin/out process was really easy. I was able to speak with someone if I had questions and they were able to assist me immediately and very helpful and nice. Only thing I would of appreciated was having beach chairs and umbrella included with the unit but was able to work with the beach service with no issues. I will definitely come back and stay in this unit.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen had basically all amenities needed, we had excellent sunrise/sunset views from the GIGANTIC patio, and we loved having Netflix available to watch TV during down time. The beds are pretty soft (not poor material just soft style). We loved our nightly dips in the hot tub. We will come back here hopefully!
