Ocean Villa 1303

Condo had everything we needed, great location, on the beach and close to restaurants. We would stay there again! One minor complaint was that the keurig didn't work great and I contacted maintenance and someone was supposed to have come by and fix it but they never did, so we just used the regular coffee pot. At the end of the day it wasn't that big of deal however that keurig should be replaced.

The view was Amazing, access to the beach was simple and fast, elevators were pretty quick, property people were very nice. close to a lot of things to do. Room was ample, eveyrhting in the condo worked and was very tastful, Cleaning prior to our stay was iffy, we found a beer can behind a curtian where our kids were staying, huge dust bunnys on the window sill and under the beds. Cook ware was kinda clean, we cleaned it before and after using it. the air filter was dirty, had property change it day 1. I would get better cleaning peiple for sure before this becomes more of a habit.

Wonderful spacious condo. We really enjoyed the balcony access from the master bedroom. The location was wonderful in that you could walk to find food or groceries.

Second time staying here. It is always clean, a few feet from the beach and perfect location for stores /restaurants. The condo is beautifully decorated and very well kept. Has everything you could need for your stay ! The washer and dryer are always a plus and the beds were comfortable. Much better than staying close to Pier park. Traffic is much less on this end of PCB Nothing

Ocean Villa is always a great place to stay. This is our 4th time staying at this location but 1st time in this unit. It’s a great location and clean. This unit was very clean and updated and the checkin/out process was really easy. I was able to speak with someone if I had questions and they were able to assist me immediately and very helpful and nice. Only thing I would of appreciated was having beach chairs and umbrella included with the unit but was able to work with the beach service with no issues. I will definitely come back and stay in this unit.

Well decorated, clean condo. Well stocked kitchen, TVs had prime, Netflix and Disney +. Clean washer and dryer.. beautiful balcony that even had some kids toys. Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen had basically all amenities needed, we had excellent sunrise/sunset views from the GIGANTIC patio, and we loved having Netflix available to watch TV during down time. The beds are pretty soft (not poor material just soft style). We loved our nightly dips in the hot tub. We will come back here hopefully!
