The unit was great and better than described, the patio furniture was upgraded and had a lounging beach chair to sit on plus the table and 4 chairs were newer. The balcony was our favorite part, you see dolphins most mornings and a few manatee along the shore and the sunsets were breathtaking. The beach chairs that come with the unit is always a plus . Location is perfect and plenty of restaurant options around and half a mile from Walmart for all the necessities for the week. Beds in both rooms were comfy. My only complaint would be the pillows weren’t very comfortable but that could be a personal preference. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful! Right on the beach- included beach service with chairs and umbrella. Would advise to future travelers to bring your own beach towels. Also the condo does not include salt/pepper or any other type of seasonings- you would need to bring your own. This was new to me as most every other place I have stayed included some of these basics. Nonetheless it didn't impact our stay-we ordered what we need to cook- having Walmart delivery was the best! Near by places to eat at, or take a short uber ride. Pictures match the posting. I would definitely return and recommend to others.

Condo was nice in a great location to the beach, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. We had a great relaxing time! Our kids really enjoyed being so close to the beach and the option of indoor & outdoor pools when they was tired of being in the sand & gulf. The only thing that sucked was the fact that everyone sets up tents in front of the beach chairs supplied by the condo. But all in all it is a great cozy place to stay!

We loved this condo. Right in the beach! Having beach service was a plus we weren’t expecting. We were able to grill out one night using the gas grills. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Our only complaint was the condo could have been cleaned a little better before we got there. There was sand on the nightstand and we had to wash some of the dishes before we used them but we’d definitely stay again!

Just like last year, we had a wonderful, restful stay! We really enjoyed having our breakfast outside while watching the dolphins from the balcony. Everyone was very comfortable, and the included beach chair service is an awesome convenience. One minor housekeeping issue was handled very quickly, within an hour of checking in. There is a problem with the balcony door lock, but being on the 11th floor, it didn’t really pose a safety concern since we didn’t have small children with us. I have no doubt they’ll repair it fast. We’re already looking forward to staying again next year!

This unit did not disappoint! Check in was super easy. Communication with the property manager was easy and fast. One small issue was handled quickly. The decor is beautiful, and the condo itself is spacious, with comfortable beds and seating. Our favorite part was enjoying meals on the balcony, while watching the dolphins play! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone. The location was literally on the beach which means you have an amazing view from the balcony. The HUGE balcony. Direct beach access from the pool was super convenient. We also enjoyed the grill and patio area. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. I would say bring your own pillows and maybe a mattress topper as the beds weren’t very comfy. But overall I love this place and would stay again for sure.

The only thing I’d say this property needs a new door locks! Just my daughter and I stayed and it would have been nice to have a dead bolt to lock at night! We did feel very safe in the condo and on the property ! It’s just a suggestion for the future :)

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was clean, updated and beautiful! The balcony is huge and the rooms were big so there was plenty of room in the villa for my 13 month old to run around and play. The teens loved it as well. The king bed is amazingly comfortable! It's close to everything we wanted to do. Check in wasn't clear in the description so I was confused when we arrived but had a quick response with instructions from the realtor. Will definitely stay here again!

This condo has a big balcony and that’s what caught our eye. Everything is as pictured and even comes with two chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Has a washer and dryer. Location is nice probably 1/2 a mile from pineapple willys.

We had a wonderful week as a family in this condo. The location is perfect. Parking was easy, luggage carts were available to find, the elevators were more than adequate. The condo itself is nicely outfitted and the kitchen was the best-stocked condo kitchen I have ever used. We cooked many breakfast feasts. The balcony is huge and we spent a lot of time out there watching the waves since we visited on the tail end of a tropical storm and had some double red flag days. I love that the beach chairs are assigned for the entire stay! I would definitely stay at Ocean Villa again and will rent from RealJoy.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Villa 1101! We had 4 kids ages 11, 13,14 and 17 and loved having the sleeper sofa option. The view is incredible and the building amenities are top notch. We really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and beach chair service. We also appreciated the skywalk over the busy street and the quick elevators. It was our first time visiting PCB and we so impressed by how pristine the beaches were- especially with how busy they can get! Be sure to rent a pontoon boat out to Shell island- it was one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely stay here again...
