Ocean Reef 704 is a fabulous unit located directly on the Gulf! This condo's kitchen features new stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, granite counter/breakfast bar, and tile throughout the living areas. Ocean Reef 704 has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a huge balcony that boasts views of the white sugar sand beaches and emerald green waters. Enjoy the Gulf-Front master bedroom with a queen bed and sliding doors that lead to the beautiful views of the Gulf. The guest room has a queen-size bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. Take advantage of the beach chairs that are left in the unit during your day on the beach! Ocean Reef 704 is located on the 7th floor and is spectacular. Absolutely perfect stay! 🌅 Spotless, & had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The views were breathtaking especially the sunsets from the balcony. The master bedroom with its own balcony access was a dream and made it feel extra special. It was the perfect spot to celebrate my 40th and my friend’s birthday. So comfortable for two adults and intimate if you are going as a couple.
So grateful to have found this gem & hope the hosts have more properties. I would definitely recommend & rebook👌🏾✨

Номер с великолепным огромным балконом, с уличной мебелью, столом и 6 стульев( стола нет на фото и мы были приятно удивлены), топчаны для загара, а самое главное вид на океан и прекраснейшие закаты ❤️ Мы наблюдали дельфинов, ламантинов и черепах- это было потрясающе! Из трёх лифтов работает только один и то он сломался на следующий день нашего приезда, все люди спускались и поднимались пешком по лестнице…. Хорошо что наш номер находился на 7 этаже. В отеле не предусмотрена тележка для перевоза вещей… Так как мы заехали на 7 ночей и мы были с ребёнком, вещей и продуктов у нас было очень много и это вызвало большой дискомфорт…. Но это замечание скорее всего не к хозяину квартиры а к управлению отеля!!! В главной спальне ( с видом на океан) в ванной был плохой сток воды….. И в ванной и в умывальнике вода не уходила, мало того что не работал лифт так ещё и вода в ванной не уходила….. Мы вызвали работника по ремонту он посмотрел , сказал что ванна не забита волосами это дело в канализации, на следующий день пришёл сантехник и устранил проблему 🙏

Well worth the money!! Spotless and easy to get in and didn’t have to carry a room key. Very private with guests only allowed! The ocean view and the huge balcony was priceless!! Kid friendly with activities and good food all around!
Only thing that we hated was the height of the parking garage due to our lifted truck but we made it work and it was a till worth it!

Graduation Getaway!

This gulf front condo was perfect for our post-graduation celebration! The condo was clean and well-stocked, and the amenities were great. Communication with the management company was amazing! The location was fabulous; since the building was a little smaller than some of the high rises next door, our beach area was less crowded. I would stay here again!

Realjoy were extremely accommodating.

View was great. Easy entry with the door code. Kitchen well stocked with all cookware and utensils. Everyone was friendly and the hot tub is amazing. Beach is spectacular. Sunsets were beautiful! Personal choice - would prefer a King bed in the Master vs a Queen. Parking was not ideal for a truck but with some 3 point turns its manageable. Upside is the folks that work there are super friendly.
