The house is beautiful and well kept in a gated community. It is very close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. I would definitely book again when I return. We loved everything about this home.

Really enjoyed our stay! Host was proactive and provided a lot of great and clear info. House is really nice with outside sitting area with great views backing up to a lake. Nice quiet private location in a gated community about 10 min walk from the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Our house was great! Plenty of space for a girls’ trip. Close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen could use a couple items but other than that the house was great!

Very elegant house that is about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach! Beautiful community pool and jacuzzi in a quiet neighborhood that definitely felt safe. Only nick picky complaint would be that there was no salt, pepper or any type of condiment or cooking oil if you decide to cook, but the grocery store was about a 7 minute drive so it worked out! Overall wonderful stay and beautiful home with a perfect distance to the beach and supermarkets!

I love this house ! I’ll definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Destin. The neighbors are quiet, every room is nice with bathrooms and the backyard scenery is beautiful. The beach is across the street from the neighborhood so I definitely love that as well.

Fantastic location was just 10 min walk to the beach and the Crab Trap restaurant. Very nice, well appointed house in a quiet gated neighborhood. Communication was excellent, although we had no issues, I still felt like the host was responsive. The house was very clean and had a modern A/C system that worked very well which is important in Florida summers. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful experience. This is the new spot for my Destin vacations.
Upstairs a/c unit was out upon arrival, so it was toasty, downstairs was cool. Everything else was great! They had everything we needed in the house. Would definitely recommend !

My experience with the property and the staff was overall good had an issue with the heating and air conditioning unit. They resolved the situation to my liking. I appreciate the phone calls and the follow ups after my stay with regard to that situation customer service was great would stay at this house managed by this property group again in the future.
