Really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breezes. Had everything we needed! Plus the pool heater worked great so we were able to swim even though it was cold out. RealJoy is very proactive with communication. Kandace called me after the first night to make sure our stay was going well. :) She was so pleasant and helpful!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with RealJoy. The home was exactly as pictured, clean, and perfect for our stay. During our visit we had an issue with a running toilet, and RealJoy responded immediately by sending not one but two different maintenance professionals to ensure the problem was fully resolved. Their responsiveness and professionalism truly stood out.
What meant the most to us, especially during the holidays, was the incredibly thoughtful gesture of a representative from the main office personally delivering Christmas gifts for our family. That level of care and kindness is rare and made our stay unforgettable. We had a great time. It was a couple minute walk to the beach. The door was a bit finicky with the lock and the wash machine was super loud at the end of cycle but no real complaints. We had a group of 12 and it fit us all perfectly.

Very accommodating for a large group. Hosts were very responsive and attentive. Close to everything. Beach was within walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again. The only negative thing was the comfort of the beds. Be sure to bring at least a foam mattress for comfort.

The location is great for easy beach access only a 5 minute walk to the public beach access. The house offered plenty of space for our group of 11. There is a double oven in the kitchen which is a plus if you are cooking for a large crowd, plenty of space to sit inside and out and the pool was nice. The parking is a bit tricky if you have a larger vehicle as you may not fit into the garage but you can get two vehicles in the small drive way. Check in was easy and no issues to get into the house. The televisions throughout the house are small but each bed room and living room had one, not sure if they offered streaming connectivity as we did not use. Wifi was easy to connect to and no issues while using. We would stay here again if in the area.

I and another parent took our daughters and their friends to Ocean Breezes for two nights during their senior prom weekend. The home was exactly what we needed. The additional carriage house was the perfect location for the smaller group of boys who came with us while we (the girls) stayed in main house. Love that the house was sound proof practically to the outside. There was definitely some noticeable wear and tear but nothing to exclude or dampen our stay. We did notice a musty/mildew smell in the carriage house, but a plug-in and some citrus odor spray did wonders for that. Overall we would definitely recommend this property AND RealJoy vacations.

We had a great weekend in Destin! We had a large group of 14 girls at this house and we were all very comfortable! During our stay we ran into a few problems with the house, but RealJoy Vacations was amazing. I paid for our pool to be heated during our short stay and we had some issues with that but they responded quickly & sent someone out to check. Unfortunately it still didn’t heat the pool but they quickly gave me a refund & it wasn’t a big deal anyway. We still really enjoyed our stay! Would book again!

What a beautiful place ♥️ We loved the house and the location! We needed a place to stay in between our son’s USAF Drop Night, and his USAF Pilot Graduation Ceremony at Fort Rucker Army Base, Alabama the weekend before and the weekend after our stay. Being able to have everyone in our family that was attending stay together was priceless specially after my dad’s passing in September. We had everything we needed at the house. The staff was amazing throughout our stay and kept checking up with us to see if there was anything we needed which was nice. Everything looked great, and it was super clean! The grocery store was a couple of minutes away by car, and the beach access was just a 4 minute walk! We are grateful for our stay ♥️ Can’t wait to come back!!!

The beach house was very spacious and no one was on top of each other. The view and proximity to the beach was awesome. It’s location almost perfect, it was close enough to everything that we weren’t in the thick of Destin beach traffic. Aside from a few cosmetic flaws here and there around the house, it was an awesome mini vacay. We would definitely book this place again when returning to the area.

We had 14 teachers stay at the property for a small get away. It was PERFECT! The house slept all of us with plenty of room. Everyone went on and on about how perfect it was for the 14 of us. Close enough to the beach that we walked there several times a day and close enough to shopping that we could run and shop and then still able to come back and enjoy the beach. We are thinking about making this a yearly trip, would definitely stay here again next year!

This was a great house for my family and we all fit in very comfortably. My grand kids loved the bunk room! (I have 8) Nice master bedroom and Updated kitchen. Loved sitting on the open front and back porches. Just a walk across the street for the beach. Loved the private pool and the Guest house above the 2 car garage with its own private kitchen. We enjoyed this house. The updates were very nice and it had a great view of the beach. The only issue was that you cannot walk directly across the street to get to the beach. That public access has been closed so you have to walk about a tenth of a mile or so down the road to get to the nearest public beach access. We quickly got used to it, though, and it was not a huge deal. It would have been nice to walk just across the street, though. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I would rent this house again in the future!

Very good time. Description of house exactly what we got. Very clean. Tv in every room. Good view. Very impressed of the house and the ammenities. Despite being close to neighbors was very private. Gas grill. Two car garage with fishing pools and boogie boards. Plenty of room for 17-18 people. Noise was very low. Very easy to check in and out. Overall...5 of 5!

We were in Florida for our National Dance Competition that was in Ft. Walton Beach. We own a Dance Studio and rented this home due to the many bedrooms to accommodate my large family and our teachers. The Carriage House was fabulous for the 4 teachers we brought with us. What a way to unwind after being at competition all day to sit by the pool or on the front porch listening to the waves! The beach is right across the street and since the street is a dead end, there was very little traffic. The 2 car garage was full of extra beach chairs, floats for the pool and sand toys that others, including us, have left behind for additional renters to enjoy. The only minor issues is that the upstairs does not get as cool as we are accustomed to, the cook top is temperamental about starting right up, and my son had to fix the fan in the Carriage House (one of the blades was loose and was hitting the light fixture), a minor fix. The landscaping needs to be attended to, lots of cigarette butts, bottle tops, etc. left behind from others, bottles in the bushes, just some minor things. A contractor came the first day we were there to look at the kitchen cabinets which had the acrylic paint peeling off, and those were to be repaired. Another small issue was the big refrigerator had no shelves left on the side so many of your refrigerated cooking items had to be placed on the shelves, taking up valuable space when we were cooking for a LARGE group. Over all, we LOVED our stay and would return again and recommend this rental to all with a large family!
