This immaculate, newly renovated condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. With a king in the master, a guest room with two twins, and a queen sleeper in the living room, this lovely condo sleeps 6! Step out onto the balcony and enjoy a great pool view. If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). The Islander features Two Pools, Two Hot Tubs, Lighted Tennis Courts, shuffleboard, covered grill gazebo and on-site fitness center plus connected private beach. The Islander has a coin-operated laundry facility on the 2nd floor is open 24 hours a day. It is a well lit space with six washers and six dryers and a deep bowl sink.

Area Attractions:

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.

The Islander is perfectly located next to Destin Harbor, where you have access to and can enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, snorkeling, para-sailing, wave runner and paddle-board rentals.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

The location, how peaceful the area is, how clean the room was! The power went out, and we didn't know anything about it, when we asked front office they we're a bit arrogant and did not have us information on why the power went out, the lady was a bit rude to me and also my children when they asked, she told them to go and Google the problem.

Great place for a family vacation! Only negative was the lack of open beach area right outside the resort. Umbrella jockeys would take over the beach area bright and early. But otherwise just fabulous!!

Our stay was wonderful. The property is in a great location, clean and a fun environment. There are two heated pools and two hot tubs. They had a movie night by the pool one night and live music another evening. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The beach directly in front of the Islander is BEAUTIFUL! I messed up by entering the unit 12 minutes earlier than I should’ve, but Real Joy was gracious and accommodating. So sorry- the front office told us to go ahead and go in! The place was clean and comfortable. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!
