We loved our stay! I had a few non negotiables in renting a condo…clean, beautiful view, easy check in and out. This condo gets an A plus on all of those. It was a bit outdated but that didn’t matter to us. The beds were super comfy! Very clean, amazing view, easy check in and out. I messaged the team about a door and the response was almost instant. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at the Nautilus twice. I will stay again. We were able to check into the condo a couple of hours early which really helped us out after traveling with a 1 year old. The condo is clean. Located right on the beach. The pool is nice. Check-in process was very easy. The ocean view is beautiful. We did not have any issues at all during our stay.

We went for a whole month. We have went to Florida for years but the first time in this area. It is perfect. Beautiful and laid back. The condo had the perfect view. It was exactly as pictured. It was very clean!! Never saw one bug! Very quiet, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Could use some updating but definitely easy to overlook!

Everything! The view was fabulous and the location was perfect. My son has a fear of heights and I was able to determine (from searching the Internet) which units were directly gulf facing and on what floor. Everything was awesome! However, I would have preferred that the website was more clear about the location of the units, including the floor level.

I loved everything....especially the view and location. The only thing I needed was more time and a smaller skillet (in addition to the larger one). The condo is decent for what we paid. However, if you’re looking for comfort when sleeping, the king bed in the primary bedroom is WORN OUT. Although it has a mattress topper, you can feel the deep indentations, and sagging on one side (maybe because the mattress has been turned to accommodate the poor shape of the mattress?), but it is terribly uncomfortable. In the bedroom with two queen beds, one of the bed’s bedframe appears to be attached to the headboard INCORRECTLY as it tilts forward when you sit on the end of the bed and the mattress and boxprings pop up, also making it uncomfortable). I detest leaving bad reviews and I share this one in hopes that the owners will find a way to soon replace the bad beds/mattresses because we would like to return again—this was our second year in a row and knew the beds were an issue the year before, but we thought we could deal with it… Sadly, we are not interested in TRYING to sleep during what is supposed to be a relaxing vacation, so we do not plan to return until bed(s) are replaced and/or repaired because it was just too uncomfortable. The condo is decent otherwise and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at Nautilus 1303. The view was absolutely perfect. The condo itself seemed a little more dated than I expected but due to the view, I'd book again. Communication with Real Joy was quick and thorough. They stocked plenty of towels in the bathrooms, which I appreciated. Some rentals only stock enough for each person to have one, which can be aggravating. My kids loved the pool and it was kept very clean. And they have music playing too - very nice. The Nautilus' elevator is a bit slow so we used the stairs. We loved the easy access to the beach! The dishwasher did not wash well with the tabs they supplied so we ended up using liquid, which did fine. Overall, the location was great and the view was great! Oh - and the staff at the Nautilus were super helpful when one morning my car wouldn't start and they jumped me off. Very thankful for them!

Overall, the property was great. The condo overall is clean, but the couch needs to be replaced or deep cleaned as well as the two chairs in the living room. The carpet in the bedroom needs a good cleaning. But we really enjoyed our stay!

The condo had the most beautiful views of the beach. It was big enough for our family of 4, close enough to Destin to easily be able to go do things there, but far enough away we didn’t have all the traffic. We will be back for future vacations! The washer and dryer are noisy, but we made it work!

Stay was great. Very nice condo with amazing beach views. Easy access to the beach. We got to watch sunrise and sunset from our patio. Kitchen was stocked with sufficient pots and pans. Furnitures and appliances were functional. I wish the property management works on two things 1. Seating at the beach is not free and is not included as part of the rental for many units. So, we were asked to rent it on a hourly basis. We dint know this and it was not on the property description. I would request the management to be upfront about it. 2. Wish they had Smart TVs instead of the conventional ones.

Location was excellent!! Loved, loved, loved that it was right on the beach. Balcony was big enough to accommodate all of us while we hung out & listened to the waves. Beds were uncomfortable. Could probably use thicker mattress covers to pad more.

Place was fantastic is you love the ocean view. We would have like a more comfortable seating on the patio since that is where we spent all our time when at the condo. I had a few issues with checking in, never received any sort of 'PRE TRIP emails from management company or VRBO. When we arrived I still had no idea how to enter the property or anything. I had to take time from my vacation and track down the instructions which took over an hour and a half by the time I had someone on the phone to help me. Not a great start but everything else was clean and accommodating. There is no beach chairs unless you want to pay for them using the service. the ones they had at the place for us to use had seen better days so we wound up having to buy our own, an expense we were not planning on having but cheaper than paying the 35$ a day service fee per couple. (70$) Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed for meals at home if you choose. We had the best time despite these few nit-picky items.

Great location, clean , ample parking The only issue is that this particular property didn’t come with beach chair services we were able to rent chairs and umbrellas at the property but it would have been great if it was an option to charge it to the room prior to arrival even at the extra cost because I thought there was no chairs I packed my own. Not a huge deal but I wouldn’t have had to do that if they were an option even at the extra cost. Still great place!
