Once we were in the right condo, things were very nice. Great view of the pool. AC worked well. The place was roomy and the shower worked well. It was a plus to have the washer/dryer, which we used a number of times. For the most part, the place was quiet at night and parking was easy to find. We used the pool with our grand kids and they loved it enough to come back a second day. I would have loved to have a list of recommended restaurants. As it was, we went to Capt. Anderson's and had a great meal. I'd recommend that place for sure. There was an issue when we first arrived. The marking on the building and the condos was not clear. There were few lights and none in the D unit. Additionally, the numbers for the condos were high over the door, too high to see from the street in the dark. We arrived after dark and we had a hard time finding the right condo, so much so that were were given and alternate condo that was pretty dismal. I didn't get to be until after 3 a.m. the night of our arrival because of this confusion. I would suggest that you make sure the lights work. That you place condo numbers in a place where they can be ween from the parking lot, perhaps on the side of the building where the condo is, and that the numbers be painting white so they can be seen.

Really happy with the whole experience. Immediately responsive when I failed to provide my email to be able to check in and got me my codes right away. I would definitely stay again in the future. Right next to the beach with a private entrance.

We loved our stay here! We are a family of 4 with young kids (ages 5 and 3) and the pull-out couch and transforming coffee to dining table was perfect for all of us to have exactly the space we needed for our trip. Some highlights include: the very comfortable King size bed, all linens were super clean and extra pillows and towels were provided, large balcony, huge TV, and my specific favorite was the private beach access that was so easily walkable for even my young kiddos and was a top priority for us. RealJoy was sure to communicate what was included and not included so we knew exactly what to bring and not to bring (like extra TP and beach towels). We would absolutely stay here again.

I always love to find low-rise hidden gems in the midst of all the towering buildings. No elevator waits means more time spent at the beach. This unit was exactly what we were looking for.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the condo is great. The community has private beach access, which was very nice, and it was a very short walk from the actual condo. The condo was as described. It was perfect for just the 2 of us. We didn’t really cook, but the kitchen seemed fairly well-stocked. Overall, we spend our entire day on the beach, so this place was perfect for us. It was close enough to go back for lunch or to grab something. Overall, it was quiet, but close enough to most of the restaurants and attractions.

Property management has great communication. Flawless and easy check in. Clean pool and condo. Easy to read directions on fridge. Perfect location on quiet side of the beach. All kitchen appliances worked. Loved every minute of our stay.

This was such a great find! The unit was beautiful and clean. Great location. Private beach access was an added bonus too, just a short walk from the unit, and we were at the ocean. The only thing I would change is having a few extra towels, in case beach towels were forgotten. We highly recommend this unit!

Only way it could’ve been better was if it was top floor beach facing. But you hardly notice. Easy access to private beach. Plenty of near-by attractions and restaurants. 10/10 would stay again.

Nautical D-6 was the perfect location. It has secured access to the beach, so only people staying here can access the beach at this location. Which made it far less crowded than the public beaches. Schooners is a nice beach walk away.
The bed is very firm-great for back sleepers-but if you are a side sleeper the couch maybe more to your liking.

lovely condo with cute decor and comfortable accommodations! I love that it is on the quiet, eastern end of PCB. There is plenty close by, but it doesn't have the strip vibe. Just a quick walk through the parking lot to the beach! I would totally stay again!

Nice stay. Super convenient to the beach. We liked that it wasn’t in a tall apartment building but on the second floor. Nice view overlooking the swimming pool. Great theme in the unit. Not much bad I can say. The only minor inconvenience was that the floors seem to reverberate the sound of walking so you can sometimes hear someone on the floor above, but it wasn’t that bad. Definitely not a deal killer. I would visit this unit again.

We booked about a month out!
Getting here was quick and easy and communication was on point! No grey areas; all was to the point and simple.
The place is super cute! An ideal life to live.
The decor is great and all amenities are available. I don’t think there’s anything we had to buy to compensate for.
The place is clean and well kept. Everything seemed up to date and reasonable, as far as thermostat temperature goes and whatnot.
We didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the condo, but it was exactly what we needed!!!
I didn’t sleep well because the bed was too firm; he didn’t sleep well with the light coming through the window. That’s one of those toss up kinda things. You are in a condo after all.
They did have extra blankets and pillows which was awesome!!! The blanket in the closet was super cozy! I cuddled up on the couch a lot while it was raining.
They do have some beach chairs in the closet too so you don’t have to bring your own.
Nothing is too far. For us it was close, but far enough down that congestion of PCB wasn’t so apparent. We dig that!
Communication with RealJoy was on point. They did respond in a timely fashion. Honest, stuff doesn’t go perfectly, it’s not about that though- it’s all about communication and we whole heartedly appreciate that!
We really did like the spot, and would go back! Definitely recommend as a stay from me.

** road construction** We had a hard time finding the Condo due to the road construction. Their sign is super small and could not really see it since we was on the other side of the road. We was in D6 which was nice. No issue with cleanliness. Did find out there was a water leak under the sink ( told maintenance) on check out since I was washing the dishes before we left. I will say we could hear the people above us walking around. We brought our box fan but it didn't drown it out completely. Very quite place even outside for being close to the pool. Walk to the beach was not bad.
