Excellent central location. An easy 5 minute walk to Baytowne Warf so despite not having a golf cart, we could easily get to the main attractions.
Plenty of space. Having a washer and dryer is always nice too!
Communicative hosts. Definitely recommend for those who want to be near everything.

Parking is almost nonexistent. Screened room is constantly wet and screens in need of repair. Hot water is inadequate at best. Overall we lived the condo. Great location near to lots of shopping and eateries.

One of the newer homes in Sandestin. Walking distance from Baytowne Wharf and a very short drive to Grand Boulevard/Publix. Home was very nice and we enjoyed the outdoor screened-in patio. Nice view of the golf course.

The townhome was very open and comfortable for my large family. Easy access to the Gulf and what really made this the best vacation ever was the short walk over to The Village of Baytowne Wharf where we experienced zip lining, bungee trampoline and obstacle courses for my teenagers along with so many places to eat and even grab a drink. This place was awesome!!!!!!

I cannot express how much we enjoyed staying at Magnolia Bay. It not only met our expectations, but exceeded them in many ways! The house was beautiful. Perfect location (walking distance to Baytowne Wharf) (very close to Boulevard Shops and Restaurants) (very close to the Beach). The grounds and area golf courses were absolutely beautiful. We walked to/from Baytowne Wharf without any problems -- always felt safe (even late at night). Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful property with others. We will definitely return!!!

We really enjoyed this property! It was me, my husband, our 18 month old twins, six year old and my mother staying at the property and it fit us perfectly. The rooms were huge so plenty of room for suitcases, pack n plays and toys. There was even a baby gate which was great because we didn’t think to bring one for the stairs. I would agree with the previous review that the furniture is a little worn but it didn’t deter us from relaxing. I also read the reviews about the uncomfortable beds but I think the owners added a mattress topper because we didn’t find the beds uncomfortable at all. I think the only thing really missing was a grill. The location was perfect to walk to Baytown Wharf and it was a very quick drive to the main pool and beach. We found the back road to the mall, restaurants, Publix, Tom Thumb and Starbucks and that made life even easier. We didn’t realize there were fireworks on Tuesday night so we had two upset kiddos, oops, but that wasn’t a huge deal. We had one noise issue with some other guests playing loud music but security took care of it very quickly and there were no other issues. We also had to run to the store for trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels so be sure to bring those items with you. Overall, we had a great stay and will likely stay here again next year!

This place was great! The only thing that was a little hard was not being able to have a golf cart. Which I asked about that in advance so I wasn’t blindsided by that it was just hard getting 3 kids to and from the beach in a car with sand everywhere. Also, we ran into parking issues because of the places being so close together. There were a few times that we had to park at the very end of the driveway which was also hard with 3 kids! We would pull up and someone next door would be blocking us from getting to our spot. Nothing major that would stop us from staying again! This place was great!

The AC went out in a room before we even got there and they called me ahead of time and had it fixed and even gave us free excursion tickets for the trouble. 5 stars for sure! Only thing id suggest is bring small necessities like coffee, tea, dish soap, etc. they didn’t have any of that there. Overall, great experience ! 😄

We enjoyed our stay here! When we arrived we noticed a leak coming from the water heater but we are able to get a hold of the host very quickly and the issues was fixed immediately. The location was perfect and had many advantages! The pool was across from our house and the beach was just minutes away! Our family of 7 felt very comfortable and had enough space! Very nice home. Very professional management.
With few minor exceptions, it was very clean and well maintained. Had many of the basic things you need in renting a furnished home. It rained a little when we were there, but the village is close enough to entertain when can't go to the beach. We would rent this home again.
