Miramar Magic

We had an amazing stay at this house! There were 14 of us, ranging from three kids (our youngest was 6 years old) to teenagers, adults, and grandparents, and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The home is clean, spacious, and has a great family-friendly layout. The large kitchen made it easy for everyone to gather, cook, and spend time together, and the check-in and check-out process was simple with clear instructions from the host.One thing to keep in mind is that the two bedrooms with queen beds are on the third floor, so if you have guests who have difficulty with stairs, just plan accordingly. Other than that, the layout worked perfectly for our family. We also loved that, aside from the bunk rooms, each bedroom had its own balcony. That was a really nice touch and gave everyone their own little outdoor space to enjoy.The beach is a little over a half-mile away and is an easy walk. There’s also a shuttle that runs during the day if you prefer not to walk. The beach itself was absolutely beautiful, and the neighborhood amenities were excellent.Overall, this home had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and exactly what we were looking for. We made some great family memories here, and if we’re ever back in Destin with a large group, we’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would absolutely recommend it to others! The home itself was beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. One feature we especially appreciated was the shuttle service to and from the beach. It made getting around so easy and stress-free.The layout of the home was very convenient for our group. Having a second sink and a mini fridge upstairs on the second level was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more comfortable.We did experience a small issue with the Wi-Fi during our stay, but after notifying the property managers, they promptly sent someone over to troubleshoot the problem and get everything working again. We were very impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled it.Overall, we really loved this property. The location was perfect, the owners and property managers were easy to reach, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure guests had the best possible experience. We would happily stay here again!

Perfect for our extended family of 16. Each family had their own space and were not on top of one another. The private beach is just a short walk. We rode the shuttle a few times which was very convenient. The bikes were an added bonus as well, we rode them everyday. The DG Market just around the corner was used a few times which saved us a car ride to a store, we rode the bikes. Would stay here again.

I did not have breakfast. The location was GREAT for my activities. Minutes from the beach and minutes from the outlet mall strip. We also booked a boat ride and that was about a 10 minute drive. Very GREAT LOCATION. There was nothing to dislike. I wished it didn’t have 3 floors.

We LOVE Emerald Shores! Miramar Magic is very roomy and the number of bedrooms, beds and setup was perfect for me and my family and friends. We would rent it again if we ever needed that much space. RealJoy (Chandler) was great to work with - very quick response time on some extremely minor issues.

Great stay, enjoyed everything about this beautifully spacious home during my birthday and anniversary trip!! The house was well decorated, incredibly clean, spacious, and welcoming. All bedrooms had comfortable beds, great linens and individual balcony. There is a washer and dryer which really came in handy! The gated community was very family friendly, quiet and pretty with two swimming pools and a combined tennis and basketball court. It's conveniently located near many restaurants, tourist attractions and walkable to the beach. Did I mention there's a store conveniently within walking distance which we frequently visited during our stay for several forgotten necessities? Emerald Shores did not disappoint us! The beach was the highlight of our trip and definitely put icing on the cake!! The ocean was beautiful to swim. The host checked in with us often to ensure everything was superb. Everything about our stay was a 10/10. Highly recommended!!

The stay was very pleasant, the spaces very comfortable and a very clean and homely environment, I think my only inconvenience was simply the kitchen utensils, since they are somewhat deteriorated and are somewhat complicated when cooking.

My family had a marvelous Christmas vacation in this awesome huge house in a wonderful gated community. I think the best thing was the property management company. They did such a great job of communicating with us and took care of every need. I give them an A rating! Management is everything.

We stayed at the Luxurious Caribbean Style Home in Miramar/ Destin. Everything was really beautiful. The home was really clean and that Kitchen was one of my favorite places other than our Primary Bedroom with all the Amenities. We had 4 families for a soccer tournament. This house accommodated us all. It was large enough to spread out the different families, but still super cozy. The heated pool was fabulous, since it was still a lil chilly over the weekend. And it is in a great area...we all enjoyed it!!

We came here for our girls cheer competition. This condo comfortable fit all 18 of us. So big, so nice, so spacious. We loved the fact that everybody had their own bathroom. Nice neighborhood, great pools, & the condo has everything you would possibly need. We only had 2 problems the entire stay. 1) the 2nd floor bunkbed left a long scar on the girls leg. They said a wire was sticking out on the mattress. 2) downstairs kept getting hot. When we cooked or gathered downstairs. It’s like the air wasn’t blowing. I had to call maintenance the second night, but it still didn’t help. Other than that, we had absolutely nothing else to complain about. We loved it. We will definitely be returning to this property in the future.

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely beach house. The house is extremely clean and looks like it has just been freshly painted and remodeled. It held three families with kids comfortably. The rooms are amazingly big, and it has two large living areas. The kids were able to play upstairs, and we shut the door at the bottom of the steps and enjoyed adult conversations in the main living area with surprisingly little noise that carried between the two. The location is fabulous. It is a quick walk to the beach, and the provided buggy was a huge benefit to comfortably get our coolers and beach toys to the beach. We loved walking to dinner every night to nearby restaurants and having a convenient store to grab things throughout the day only a minute or two off the property. We look forward to coming back soon!
