Really enjoyed staying at this airbnb with my large family. The backyard is small but fenced in so you can safely let your pets out at night if needed. The kitchen provided all of the supplies/appliances we needed to cook our meals. There was plenty of space to gather in the common areas for meals and family fun. Recommend this for home for big families.
Just a heads up that the parking is limited. The driveway fits 4 cars but is a tight squeeze and there is no street parking.

Travelled with 3 seniors, 1 child, a dog, and the rest adults. Some minor areas that can be easily fixed are 1. No pot holders available. 2. More blankets for 12 people because my kids does not like to share one while in bed. 3. And lastly, area rugs on dining and living room needs shampooing or just needs to go. Still acceptable since we have a pet so most likely is hard to keep spotless. Otherwise, the customer service is excellent. Came to a warmer room and someone came right away and fixed the issue and I had my mom's medication sent to their main office, they were so nice and delivered it to the unit the same day. Appreciate the more than enough soft white towels and fenced backyard for our pet. Very spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms, great wifi connection, very short walk to private access beach though we prefer going to the mile away public beach since it has parking/public bath/shower. Beautiful surroundings for my morning walks. Highly recommend and will come back aga

Everything was great. Things we didn’t like was out of their control. New house being built next door was loud all day and concrete work is loud. Furniture was a tad stained and dirty couches and barstools. Not enough trash bags left in the home. One rule was to run the dishwasher at departure so we had to go buy a bag of pods. Great excess to beach, pool, and amenities. Would book again

Realjoy did a great job resolving or attempting to resolve issues like no hot water and missing fridge shelves. Unfortunately, the owner was challenging, not approving repairs quickly (if at all). This was in keeping with the property’s impression- the owner probably doesn’t occupy the property very often and is deferring maintenance.
However, the space was large, and clean, especially for a home allowing pets (and particularly aided by the laminate floors, vs carpet).

Fantastic trip with no issues in a great house... I thought it was exactly as pictured, described, and of the value expected for this type of AIRBNB. 1000 feet from toes in the sand. Completely met our expectations and would stay again.
This is a 4.3 when compared apples to apples to other places as this place is a "Dog Friendly" house with fewer "touchy" amenities and a rough edge or two - there are plenty of pots and pans and enough stuffs for 3 days with medium kitchen use/cooking.
A few notes: private sleeping for 3 couples all on king size beds; add another couple on a queen for very private but a little more sharesies on the master bath as the master closet was converted to a queen bedroom...that's right no master closet but you don't need it because the master is so large; you could sleep 14 using the 3 queen pull outs - great option for big beach party. The jacuzzi in the master is great. The enclosed BY is great for the puppies....

Unfortunately our stay here was due to our family and fur babies having to evacuate our own home from the arrival and direct hit of Hurricane Milton and not a planned vacation. BUT this home did not disappoint and it was perfect for us. Our family and fur babies had plenty of room, the home was clean and the environment was very comfortable. The communication with the property management was one of the best experiences I have ever had. They did not skip a beat.

Place was as described on website. There were a few issues but nothing huge. Realjoy responded and resolved issues promptly. We had one bath drain clog while there, they resolved literally within 2 hours of my massaging them. I literally offered a tip to the guy who fixed it but he refused due to company policy. I dislike when companies do that but understand it. Overall was happy with the trip and would rent this property again or rent from Realjoy again.
