Miramar Beach Villa 114- Beach Therapy

The property was exceptionally clean and very spacious. It features one bedroom on the first floor, two bedrooms on the second floor, and two beds on the third floor. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and private balcony, which adds a wonderful touch of comfort and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything one could possibly need. The location is excellent—just across from the beach and within close proximity to several stores and the outlet mall. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great with easy access to the beach and pool. Lots of restaurants walkable. Host was very communicative. We did have an issue with the front door malfunctioning and locking, which they said they were planning to fix after we left. My only complaint was about the provided household supplies (e.g., trash bags, dishwasher detergent). Those provided were not very high quality and were few in number. I know this ranges widely between Airbnbs so it wasn’t a big issue, but it is nice to have those things provided when you rent a large space for a big family.

This place was a great fit for our large family AND the location can't be beat. It's a very quick walk to the private beach access across the street and having beach chair service included was fabulous. Everyone could easily come and go from the beach because the townhouse was so close. The neighborhood was very quiet.
Also LOVED the quick and responsive communications from Real Joy who manages the property. They are available 24/7. One of the A/C units needed to be serviced and they had someone come out that night and checked with us to give us updates on arrival time, etc. Also a big shout out to Teresa, one of their onsite managers, as she was very helpful and provided top notch service.

From the moment we walked in the condo I knew it was going to be a great vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated, super clean and updated look. We had plenty of space for all our families and the owner was instantly accessible and within a minute contacted us back. We can't wait to re-book this condo for next year. The beach access and chairs and umbrella set out for us each day was also a great touch. Being a teacher I would give it an A+.

What a wonderful place to stay! A great location and our accommodations were top notch! I won’t say everything was perfect as there were a couple of things like the ice maker that didn’t work properly but they certainly weren’t dealbreakers. The unit was immaculately clean when we arrived and the space worked perfectly for our family. The furniture and beds were comfy and clean and the kitchen utensils , dishes, pots and pans were more than adequate. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach!!

We had a wonderful week at Miramar Beach Villa 114! The property is in a great location close to the beach, shopping and other amenities. I was very satisfied with everything from the property's general condition to the responsiveness of the property management. We had two very minor issues early on which were very quickly resolved by the property management people. The villa is clean, the furniture is attractive and in good condition. The beds are very comfortable. I had rented another villa in the same location two years ago and the beds were awful so I appreciate getting a good's nights sleep. You can't beat having 4 bathrooms and four balcony areas even if the temps were such that you could not stay out for long. The swimming pool is also great. Three years ago, we stayed at a nearby community with a postage stamp pool so my grandkids certainly enjoyed having a great place to swim as did I. I would most definitely recommend this property to anyone heading to the Destin area. I like Miramar Beach as it is not as congested as other areas. We were able to pull in and out quite easily. We went on the Dolphin Cruise which we much enjoyed, but otherwise we spent the week lounging around and enjoying a beautiful spot on the Emerald Coast. We hated to leave and hope to return again SOON!

After having to go to another unit, we were pleased with this unit. Our only complaint was the people who were in prior to us trashed the place and it took the cleaning crew much only and we were not able to check in until after 6. However it was very clean and a big thank you to them for cleaning up the mess.

The property and location were perfect. Our group of 9 had plenty of room, and were literally a 500 step walk from the beach.Everything was clean and well maintained.

Harmony Beach Rentals does a excellant job managing the property. HB Rentals needs to work with the owner to start making some cosmetic upgrades. 1st floor bedroom flooring needs replacement, gotten worse since 2020 ( our last visit ). Front and back patios need a coat of paint. Ceiling repair in kitchen needs to be done professionally and painted. Bathroom sink on 3rd floor needs to be replaced, cracked badly and it leaks. The towels stored below the sink were very damp almost wet. The back patio was a disaster, algae all over the railings and the 4 chairs. The carpet had hudge grease spots and was filthy. The gas grill was a mess also, grease covered everything, the grates along with the tray that captures grease was on the bottom of the cabinet. There was a living rm end table that was in pieces, Harmony maint showed up the same day and made repairs. A huge plus is the cabinet near the kitchen for storing dry goods. The other thing I had to sort out was the TV's. most all the batteries were dead and the remotes had been switched between rooms. Also I was unable to get a station to watch the " Super Bowl". 3rd floor whirlpool bath when filled with water and turned on was instantly black with my grandson sitting in it... With all this being said we really enjoyed our visit to Miramar Beach, walking distance to stores and dining...

Location is great and right across the street from the beach. There are several stairs down to the beach, which is good to know if carrying a lot or if you have older people in your travel party. The smoke detectors went off in the middle of the night but it was just a malfunction, and the dryer had some sort of electrical issue which would shut it down several times while trying to dry clothes. Also the kitchen is very small with absolutely no room for food storage. The bedrooms are large and accommodating. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 teens. It was a very nice layout, and we would rent there again!

The 3-story townhouse was perfect: Right across an entrance to the beach. The townhouse had bathrooms adjacent to each of the bedrooms (one on first floor, two on second floor, multiple beds on third floor). Each bedroom also had TV (with multiple choices in programming), and a gas grill was on back patio. The kitchen-dining-seating area was comfortable and supported group discussions. Unfortunately, the kitchen's dishes, silverware, and pots and pans were old and insufficient for all of us at one meal--that was the only thing that was a disappointment.

My husband and I and our 3 kids and 2 grand daughters were able to all arrange to get to go on vacation! I booked this house and it was absolutely perfect for us! Each bedroom had a balcony and we were able to wake up and have coffee on our private balconies without disturbing the others! Then, we would get dressed and walk right across the road to the private beach access. This was an amazing vacation house and we made many great memories!

This was our second visit to Miramar Beach, our first with Miramar Beach Villas. Overall we were pleased with unit 114, more than enough room (one drawback was storage for food when you rent for a month) and the location is perfect. Walking distance to anything you might desire, dining, grocery stores, drug stores, etc. Would stay again.

We had a great time. With a large group of 12, it was enough room for everyone to have their privacy, as well as a good common space for everyone to hang out together. The location was perfect, right across from the beach and on the same street as restaurants and stores. If we are in Destin again, this will be our go to home.
