Beautiful condo inside and out. The parking was amazing and the location was a quick walk to the beach. It pretty much had everything we needed even a couple of packs of brand new beach towels just in case we forgot to pack ours. My family and I can not wait to stay here again on our next trip to Florida.

We had such a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone interested in a beautiful well equipped condo. On miramar beach we stayed in Miramar Villas 113. Absolutely beautiful condo, everything we needed was available. The beach is fabulous. I would definitely love to go back.

Nicely kept unit in Miramar Beach area right across the street from the Gulf and nice outdoor pool in complex. Megan with Harmony Beach was great to work with in getting reservations.

My family and I were really hoping to stay in the Miramar Villas this year after seeing my cousin's condo. It was a great experience! Very affordable and Harmony even worked with me on a lower deposit so that I could secure my condo which I really appreciated. My children really enjoyed the pool and still being close to the beach. We look forward to renting he villas for next year

The house exceeded our expectations as it was clean, up to date, and perfect for families. We liked the location, anything we needed or wanted was close by. The beach service was great and ready for us upon arrival at the beach, which is right across the street, and wasn't very busy and crowded. The house is beautifully decorated and all the beds were comfortable. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the downstairs shower was not draining properly, which means it probably just needs snaked. We would 100% stay here again.

It was just across the beach (cross the road and you will be on beach). Nice locality and near Destin but able to avoid Destin crowd. House was clean and good for accommodating 3 families.

We traveled here with our young family - Children ages 9-1 years. The condo was perfectly set up for a beach vacation with children. It’s just steps across from the beach- an easy and short walk for the kids. They provided plenty of extra toys, boogie boards, etc for our use. The condo was clean, we had a timely check in, the host was responsive. The pool was not heated- which was a little chilly for March- but the kids didn’t mind, they swam multiple times a day. Loved our stay and would come back again!

Location is perfect. Property in excelnt conditions. 1 min walk to the beach. A lot of restaurants, supermarkets and shopping mall. Management Company very professional. 100% recommended.

It was great. Close to the pool and not far from the ocean. The house was nice and clean. The air went out upstairs our last night there, but it was after hours and we were leaving the next morning early so we did not call anyone and then I forgot about it the next morning trying to make sure we had everything and doing what we needed to for the home. We would stay there again, we loved it!

Our family of 5 had a great experience at The Sandpiper in Miramar Beach Villas. The house was spacious, clean and well appointed. It could easily handle a larger group than we had, but we loved all the extra space. Location was amazing. Pool is steps from the front door and the private beach access is a few min walk across the street. Both are beautiful and provided hours of family fun. The "beach service" was a fantastic perk. It's very convenient to have 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting for you on the beach each day.We reached out to the host/management company a couple of times before and during our stay and responses were usually prompt. The only small area of improvement I would suggest is to upgrade the bed/mattress in the master bedroom. It slopes and is very creaky. Wasn't a major issue though and still had good nights sleep. Overall our stay was fantastic and I would definitely keep this property in mind for future travel to Miramar Beach.

What a nice surprise this vacation rental is! Just as described/pictured, this is a well appointed rental property. Extremely clean with plenty of room for our family. Kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking a few meals during your visit. A very easy 2-3 minute walk to the beach depending on your pace. Private beach access and beach service provided. Miramar Beach Villas is a great family oriented community. Within walking distance of the Surf Hut, Royal Palm Grill and the Whales Tail. Rented through Harmony Beach Vacations and would definitely recommend.

Our family had an incredible time at this home knowing we had reserved parking right in front of the home and not feeling cramped made it very enjoyable. The washing machine was down for the week we were there but that is not enough to dampen our mood we just stopped by and got a few cheap clothes to wear in the mean time.

This house was great for us. We had 9 people and had plenty of room. Harmony was very responsive to any questions and requests we had during our stay. These houses are tucked back off the main road just enough so you don't get a lot of noise from the beach road. It is also about a 5 min walk or less straight across to get to the beach access. Will definitely rent from them again. I'm giving a 5-star review but wanted to point out the trundle bed mattress in the upstairs bedroom is fine for a small child but the teenagers that were with us wouldn't sleep on it because it was so uncomfortable. Just be aware of that if you have older kids.

Highly recommend this property for the perfect vacation. This property was the perfect location, amenities were just as described, we had 11 people and we were completely comfortable and all furnishings were up to date. Customer relations are outstanding. From my initial emails to questions on text they are responsive, professional and extremely helpful. Location to the beach is prefect, a few minutes walk.
