Milo’s Beach Bungalow is a beautifully renovated, pet-friendly, 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat just steps from scenic 30A. Guests enjoy the use of two bicycles—complimentary for the duration of their stay. Thoughtfully designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this home caters to both people and pets.

The inviting living room features a plush sleeper sofa (accommodating two guests), a large flat-screen TV, a faux fireplace, and a selection of games for rainy afternoons. The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, along with every cooking essential imaginable, including a blender, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker.

Outdoors, the fully fenced backyard is a haven for relaxation and fun. Amenities include a dedicated dog potty station with a whimsical light-up fire hydrant, a covered pergola with ample seating, a putting green, and a brand-new gas grill. String lights create a charming evening atmosphere beneath the canopy of mature Florida trees.

Layout

Level 1: Living room, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry room with large-capacity washer and dryer.
Level 2: Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed and private access to the upstairs patio. The second bedroom features twin bunk beds, while the third includes a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and ample storage. A spacious guest bath completes the second floor.
Special touches for pets include complimentary treats, a basket of toys, food and water bowls for all sizes, and a “dog photo wall” where guests can add a Polaroid of their pup to commemorate their stay (and take home a copy). A Roomba is provided for easy cleanup after sandy beach days.

Whether enjoying a morning coffee on the front porch swing or grilling out in the backyard guests will feel right at home!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! This home was the perfect spot for our getaway, especially because it was dog friendly, clean, comfortable, and in such a convenient location. We loved being close to the beach and within golf cart and walking distance of local spots while still feeling like we were in a safe, peaceful area.
The home was well cared for, and every detail made our stay easy and enjoyable. Anytime we had a question or needed anything, the host responded within an hour (often even faster), which gave us great peace of mind.
We truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere for both our family and dog. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and pet-friendly beach getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Milo's beach bungalow! The house was so cute, we felt right at home. It is so close to so much-lots of great places to eat and coffee shops. Plus it was right along the walk/bike trail. The kitchen is stocked with plenty to cook in/grill out, as well! We were unsure how to get into the lock box for the golf cart key upon check in but the owners were very quick to respond with info! They had a binder full of lot of great suggestions on things to do, places to eat and all the pup-friendly spots! We had the best week and hope to be back soon!

This is the perfect beach house. The yard is great for games at night and it’s a short bicycle ride to the beach as well as close to some great restaurants and great yoga studio.
We loved the fun decorations but it was still perfectly simple with a lot of room.

Milo’s Bungalow was the cutest Airbnb we have ever stayed at! Perfect for dog lovers!
It was decorated so cute, with some many personal touches. Great central spot located to coffee shops, beach access, ice cream shops and some local bars…what more could you ask for!!?! We utilized the provided bikes and golf cart every day! If you have the opportunity to book this place, do it! We will be back for sure!

The fenced backyard was such a nice bonus, and the quiet neighborhood made it feel so relaxing. It’s an easy drive or bike ride to the beach, and we really appreciated that bikes and chairs were included! The location was ideal — close to great restaurants and shops, but still peaceful. We walked to get breakfast every morning . The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the host was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. We actually ended up extending our trip by two extra days because we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this place — we’ll definitely be back!
