Merrimac Resort #32

The property was great, we really enjoyed this! It was perfect amount of space for us! Easy walk to the beach, pool was never crowded even in the busy season and I appreciate that. Definitely will stay here again and it was walking distance from Shooners, the ice cream shop and pizza!

The place was as described, great location at the"quite" end of PCB. Communication was great , check in was easy, walk to the beach in a couple minutes. We will definitely stay again when on PCB.

So the rental was absolutely awesome..but yall please keep in mind if u rent a condo and its got someone staying above u to think it through...im sure most times its fine as we are new to this type of thing..unfortunately we hada young couple with a baby a small child and good sized dog...between the child and dog it sounded like a horse running back and forth lol all day all evening till 10 pm or later and back at it between 6 and 7 am...we did complain but nothing worked.. keep in mind.We were there a full month. Other than that incident, this place is five star all of the way. They are a ton of every need and we'll take care of anything at any time.

Stayed for the whole month of December for a reasonable rate. This unit is very comfortable and nicely furnished with everything you need. Had a well equipped kitchen and nice appliances too. Bed is super comfortable and it’s literally less than a minute walk to the beach

We stayed in unit #32 and loved it! It was cute cozy and efficient! My daughter enjoyed the pool after our trips to the beach! The beach is super close literally a couple minutes walk and beautiful! Very close to the shops and attractions! Definitely recommend and look forward to returning in the future!

The place was nice and good location and price for what I needed. However the air conditioner was not working in the front of the place . I had to keep the air much higher than I normally like to keep the whole place cool. I ended getting sick because the air was blowing on my face in the bedroom most of the time. Someone did come to look at it which he did call to notify me but didn’t notify me that the issue was not fixed and was coming back. I just came back one afternoon and noticed the front chair was not in correct position then I knew that he was back in the house and fixed it Overall I was pleased and would stay there again

This was the perfect place for myself and 2 kids (13,9). The location was perfect. Pool is right outside the back door, super easy beach access. We didn't try the sleeper sofa because the couch was so comfortable on its own my son decided just to sleep on it without pulling it out. The only thing I noticed was a lack of dish towels and dish cloths- there was only 1 of each and there was not a pot holder. We would definitely visit again!

I absolutely loved staying here it was super cozy and clean it had everything we needed and more i was so happy how close to the pool and the beach it was it was just a short drive to all the shops and restaurants the commutation was amazing check in was a breeze I hope to stay here again a really great experience!!

Great place, cheap, on the beach, near great restaurants, ten minutes from a great gym at fitness junky, and minutes from all the bars and beach time night life. Yet far enough to for quiet and space. Would do again!

We really enjoyed staying in this place. Great location to public beach access(literally on the backside of the building). The bed frame was very unsteady and swayed with any movement whatsoever. However the mattress was very comfortable. The curtain in the bedroom was a sheer piece of fabric. With the window over looking the pool and another building, fluorescent lights could be seen all night. Minor improvements needed but overall a great stay!

It’s quiet, close enough to main attractions to drive but far enough away to avoid major traffic issues. Very close to the beach and comfortable amenities. Clean and tidy, with extra pillows if needed, and laundry can be done in the unit which is great. Definitely recommend.

This place is awesome! Perfectly cleaned, full kitchen, large bed, and easy access to the beach. It was just steps away from sand and beachfront. Everyone staying there was respectful and very nice! We would definitely go back.

This is a very tiny condo located about 30 minutes from pier park. Its a very pretty property and just steps from a non dog friendly beach.. We brought our dogs so for us there was a lot of driving to take the dogs for walks and places to go with them.. Other than that nice place..
