Sunnyside, Florida, is minutes away from both the best of Panama City Beach and Rosemary-Scenic 30A. A long bridge crosses Lake Powell leading westward to Scenic 30A, the largest Coastal Dune Lake in Florida. With fewer high-rise condos and mainly homes in the area, this up-and-coming neighborhood offers quiet beaches and a more family friendly atmosphere. Enjoy fewer crowds but still be just minutes from all the attractions of Panama City Beach. Sugar-white sands line the gorgeous Gulf coast, and the area is known for an endless array of activities, including fishing, surfing, scuba diving, boating, and more!

Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater. 

To the north-west you will find 30A Rosemary. You will be enchanted the moment you catch your first glimpse of this seaside town. Named by CNN as one of America’s most romantic small towns, Rosemary Beach does not disappoint. Situated on the east end of 30A, the Old-World style town center boasts influences from the West Indies, New Orleans and Charleston.
