Welcome to Martinique at Port-of-Call, a beach destination home that will captivate your heart with its endless stretches of sugar-white sand and the mesmerizing emerald waters of the Gulf. Prepare to be enchanted by the breathtaking views from your private balcony. Positioned just across the road from the beach, this home is the perfect haven for your ultimate beach vacation. This inviting and spacious home spans two floors, boasting six bedrooms and five bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests. The second floor features a master bedroom with a king bed, accompanied by a cozy nook offering two twin beds. Additionally, there are two guest rooms on the second floor, both furnished with king beds, and one of them provides a spectacular view of the Gulf. The fourth guest room, also on the second floor, features a queen bed. On the first floor, you'll find guest rooms with two full-size beds and another guest room with a king bed. The first floor also offers a sleeper sofa in the living room, while the loft on the second floor boasts an additional sleeper sofa. Immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings as you sip your morning coffee on the expansive patio or indulge in the beautiful views and soothing sounds of beach living from your second-floor balcony. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Located in Miramar Beach, Port of Call is a beautifully appointed community that features all the comforts of home you need during your getaway. Guests will love this low-density community of beach homes. Picture yourself lounging on the pool deck, soaking in some sun. Headed to the beach? Discover nearby access to the Gulf of Mexico at the popular restaurant Pompano Joe’s. When you aren’t splashing around in the sea, exploring Destin is a must. You are just a short drive away from Destin’s incredible shopping at Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets. You’re also nearby other great dining spots in Miramar Beach, so get out there and try some of the local cuisines! You won’t be disappointed.

Want a break from the beach? You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Overall it was a good stay.

How close it was to the beach and how big it was. It could’ve been cleaner. The floors wasn’t swept good and I had to wash each thing I wanted to cook with in the kitchen.

Wonderful

The location was perfect. The layout of home is great... spacious and comfy for our group of 10 Just small things need fixed. Patio table needs replaced, and landscaping needs work, need new, washer/dryer. Some flooring needs attention, and just little things to make it perfect!!

Despite some issues at the beginning of our stay, RealJoy, promptly resolved our issues. The nicest man came and was so helpful. The outside spaces were so relaxing so we could watch the ocean and sunrises/ sunsets. The house being right across from Pompano Joes and the beach made it an easy walk for lunch, dinner or a trip to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas were fabulous and prevented us from having to lug a lot of things over. With 15 people in our family, there was plenty of room for all.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was responsive and helpful. Only issue was a small insect in one of the bedroom, but everything else was perfect. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I just can’t say enough about this place. It was beautiful and comfortable for our whole family. There were enough rooms/bedrooms/bathrooms that everyone could spread out and have their own space. It had beautiful decks to sit outside and enjoy a book. Super close to the beach and there were some beach umbrella and stuff in the garage too. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely stay here again next time! It’s my favorite place and we’ve been here numerous times.
