First Floor:
The main level welcomes you with an open-concept living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area—perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. You’ll also find a laundry room with an extra refrigerator, a full bathroom, and a convenient half bath accessible from the pool area.

Bedroom 1: King bed with walkout patio, offering direct access to the pool and serene canal views.

Second Floor:

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. A peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor, it is a serene, little oasis within the heart of Destin with two and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking. Surrounded by quiet neighborhoods, it is perfect for exploring on a bike ride with the family. It is just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.

**This home can accommodate up to 20 guests for sleeping arrangements; however, occupancy is limited to a maximum of 16 guests. **

Important Notes:

The boats shown in the photos are privately owned and are not part of the rental. Guests are not permitted to touch, board, or interfere with them at any time. These boats may remain docked during your stay, which could occasionally affect canal views or access to the seawall. Any damage caused will be the guest’s responsibility.

From time to time, a local boat captain and crew may visit the dock to service or check on the boats. During these visits, they may also access a secured, designated area of the garage.

Area Attractions: 

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep-sea fishing and returning from the Gulf to the harbor.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
