The king master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combined bath. The full guest bathroom features a walk-in shower with wheelchair access. Market Street Inn in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort adds a luxurious flair to vacation rentals at the Village. Guests will have access to Grand Sandestin pool and enjoy the activities, restaurants, and shops of the Village of Baytowne Wharf right on their doorstep. Many like to fish off this long wharf or stroll out to the end to enjoy the shimmering scenery. Baytowne offers a wide array of restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals with fireworks, free concerts, and abundant amusements. Grand Boulevard is also a short distance away serving as Sandestin’s Town Center with additional restaurants, bars specialty shops, and upscale clothiers.

Kids of all ages will enjoy Baytowne Adventure Zone, located within the Village, with zipline, rock climbing wall, Eurobungy, ropes course, carousel, and more. There is also a huge playground for the kids to enjoy.

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort's 2400 acres boasts 72 holes of golf, the gorgeous pool with two hot tubs, 14 tennis courts, a full-service spa, and fitness center, zip-lining, a 98 slip marina with available jet ski and kayak rentals, and boat parking can be arranged with Baytowne Wharf for an additional charge. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Very Nice One Bedroom - Clean too

Very nice and clean one bedroom condo. Nice to have all new appliances and the location great in the Baytown Wharf overlooking the huge pool. It does need badly updated furniture, and the new microwave oven should be leveled. When we open the door items roll out cause it is extremely not level, but it work as it should.

We enjoyed our anniversary trip. Love the convenience of the place to the Village restaurant and shops. Beautiful view of the pool. Nice clean accommodations. The codes didn’t work for the main door off the village alley. Would have been nice to access our room from this entrance. Otherwise very happy with our stay.

Perfect!

Market Street Inn 541 was perfect for my sister and me! The condo was stocked with starter items enough to last us four nights. We enjoyed having two full bathrooms to get ready each day. We also enjoyed the balcony view, hot tub and walking in the neighborhood. The unit was clean and comfortable.

This place was amazing! The couch was huge and super comfy! The deep tub is great for soaking. The village is so cute and there are lots of restaurants and things you can walk to. My husband and I had a couple's massage, and there was plenty of space for them to set up two tables. The view of the pool is so peaceful, and the balcony is large and comfortable. Baytown Wharf is a new favorite for us!! We will definitely be back!

Our stay was very enjoyable! The airbnb was beautiful, felt right at home, very comfortable and relaxing. It was very nice having the pool so close by. Everyone we met was super nice whether it was other owners in the complex or people visiting. We had a relaxing time by the pool and the beach is about a 10 minute drive. My husband and I took advantage of playing pickle-ball every morning at the Sandestin Tennis Club and found it very affordable. The start of 30A is only 10 minutes from here and was very fun to explore. There is definitely a lot to do when staying at this airbnb, I would highly recommend!

The perfect location w/a great view!

We really enjoyed our stay! It worked out great having 2 full baths and the balcony is a slice of Heaven overlooking the pool! We loved being able to walk to the Wharf and having nightlife, restaurants and shopping right in our back yard! Parking was very easy in the garage and they have luggage carts available to help bring your luggage in- great touch! The only bad part is not being close to the beach or within walking distance!! We chose to drive and parking was very hard to find. We didn’t want to mess with the shuttle, but they do have one! I definitely recommend this condo! And when I had questions the property management company was very responsive!

This resort was heaven on earth for us. We did not want to leave the beautiful condo with a gorgeous covered patio, all new appliances and beautifully decorated rooms. We simply walked out of our building to walk to all types of restaurants, shopping, pools and tennis. We could bike the trails or fish in the bay. We loved going across the street to the beautiful beaches. It was perfect!

Such a great area to stay in Sandestin! It was right in the middle of the Baytowne area with plenty of walkable shops, activities, and restaurants. The pool was great too! Right outside the building and can see it from the balcony. The unit was very clean.
Some things to note: there could have been some clearer information about the resort area in general on this listing. There are buses that go to and from the beach area at all times of the day which was nice! There are lots of things always going on in the Baytowne area, so check the official Sandestin Resort website for more information!
