It was a nice property. You have to purchase a parking permit. Had washer and dryer and storage for beach stuff in a separate room with the same code as your room. Everything looked like it had been newly renovated around the building. Big house for a couple and bigger balcony than most one- bedroom homes. We recommend.

We had a wonderful time. Everything went fine. Owner needs to put in a new vanity in the extra bath. That one was the original one when the building was built.

We had a great stay! Beds were not as comfy as they could’ve been and furniture in bedroom seemed dated. Could’ve taken out the weird piece with glass so we could have more room for our suitcases. Wish there were washer/dryer in unit. But overall it was a great location and easy access to beach.

The property was well kept. The pool was very clean, which is hard to come by nowadays with condominiums. The only thing I would say is the luggage carts were hard to get when we arrived, but eventually we were able to get one to finish unloading.

We loved the location! Right on the beach with a beautiful view and clean and comfortable amenenties. We had some issues with the guests below us with noise and not following the rules of the condo. We did not see anyone enforcing these and the office closes so there were more issues after hours. I did report this.

Good location to most places. Nice room. I liked that it wasn’t one of the huge resorts that are overcrowded. Nothing specific about the property was bad. Some of the other guests were obnoxious, but that’s not the fault of the property.

One of the best spots on the beach in PCB. Beach is never packed, always family friendly and never large crowds to deal with. If your looking for some beach time with your family this is the place.

Condo has been updated with new paint, new master bath. We found the condo very clean. Still a few pieces of old worn out furniture. Sofa is new but uncomfortable for an evening of kicking back and watching TV. Kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking. Could not find a can opener. Love the location and quiet area of the beach. We were here during Spring Beark 2022. The condo was very quite and relaxing. Pool was still closed due to repairs. They were filling it up with water when we left. Perfect quiet location on the beach. Easy access to everything without having to fight the strip traffic. Would definitely stay here again in this unit.

Better than expected. Some nice upgrades have been made that don't show in the pictures. The master bath has been very nicely remodeled, there is a new sectional in the living room, and there is new furniture on the balcony. The beach refurbishment out front was completed while we were there and the beach is beautiful. They are still working on the pool, but when they are finished that will all be newly resurfaced. The interior of the unit as well as the exterior of the building all looks to have been recently painted. The building itself seems to be very well maintained. The washing machine looks to be new, we had no issues.

Loved our stay! Perfect location.
Second floor condo, right by the elevators too. Roomy living room and two queen beds!
Bring extra linen if you have someone sleeping on the couch, or a throw blanket if you want one to snuggle on the couch with (there isn’t any extra).

I loved how close the beach is to the condo. The views are absolutely stunning! This is a smaller condo but that was fine with us. There seemed to be some updating taking place outside of the building during our stay. Everyone we meet seemed to be pleasant. The particular unit we had was spacious enough for the 5 of us and had beautiful views of the ocean but could use some updating. The smell was terrible when we walked in. We had to buy some air freshener and spray throughout the condo several times to keep the terrible musty smell away. The sliding glass door was extremely hard to slide open. Also the rug needs to be replaced. It’s rolled up on the sides in several places and is a tripping hazard. I would definitely stay at the condo again but would try and get a different unit.

I loved this condo. Everything was perfect except the fact that the floor in our room was so dirty it turned our feet black..but because everything else was so wonderful that would not deter me from coming back. Very clean and quiet. No sounds heard through the walls. Perfect place to take your family and feel safe. The whole property was well maintained and the staff was helpful when asked anything. The beach was never overcrowded even on the weekend. If you enjoy a firm bed you will like it. The kitchen is well stocked if you choose to cook. We loved the balcony because it felt private with fully enclosed sides and gorgeous ocean view. The property is 6 stories so this was great for me because high rises kinda scare me. It is older but it's in great shape and I loved the access codes for the doors and gates. No room cards to keep up with! I will definitely go back!!
