Welcome to Maravilla 4301, a newly updated, pet-friendly 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. This stylish coastal retreat features beachy décor, stainless steel appliances, and a bright, open layout designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while twin-over-twin hallway bunks and a sleeper sofa in the living area provide plenty of space for families or small groups. Step out onto the spacious balcony and enjoy peek-a-boo views of the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for soaking up the breeze. You'll love the fully equipped kitchen with modern upgrades, ideal for preparing meals after a beach day. The condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer and new flooring throughout for added convenience and style. Located just steps from Maravilla’s private beach access, and with access to two swimming pools, tennis courts, and other community amenities, Maravilla 4301 is the perfect home base for your next beach getaway.

Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach is a 33-acre, gated resort featuring the largest private beach in the area — 2.5 acres of private pristine beach! Maravilla Resort has family-oriented vacation rentals. It is a relaxed resort community, and it is less crowded than the downtown Destin area. Many folks enjoy the view of the ocean from the beachside pool, and there is another large pool located by the clubhouse for a relaxing day of sun! Maravilla features "low-rise condo buildings" as opposed to "high-rise condo buildings." Low-rise condo buildings are more family-friendly, especially with small children and seniors, while still having the benefit of an elevator. It is easy to walk to the pools and beach. Please note renters are not allowed to drive golf carts in the Maravilla community.

Area Attractions:

Maravilla is only 3 miles from the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, and a park with pop-up fountains at its center.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

A trip to remember! The unit was clean, comfortable, had everything we could possibly need!! We brought our two dogs, and had no issues! Real Joy’s communication was above and beyond! They gave amazing recommendations and even gave us a call the next day after our check in to make sure that we were pleased with everything. The unit is within walking distance to GREAT restaurants! They do provide 24/7 help service!!!
Needless to say, we would definitely come back !! HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb.

We stayed at 4601 Maravilla from 9/28-10/3. This condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The Customer Service staff was available whenever you needed them but thankfully we didn't have to call them. If you are heading to Destin I encourage you to look into the availability of 4601 Maravilla.

This was a quick 5 day trip which exceeded our expectations. The unit itself was super nice and located right where we wanted to be, next to the beach. Not too far and not too close. All kitchenware available made it super convenient to make meals and not have to dine out 3 times per day. Would certainly recommend and will consider staying here in the future.

Beautiful condo with a great peekaboo view of the ocean! We love staying at Maravilla. We've stayed at several different rentals over the last 10 years. The only issue we had was no beach chair rental. I should have read the amenities more closely, that's on me. I just assumed the beach chair/umbrella set up was included because it has always been part of our vacation rentals at every other condo we've stayed at.
