Welcome to Maravilla 4203, a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with new floors throughout the unit and steps from the private beach gate to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The bedroom features a King bed. It has twin bunks in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa is in the living area making this condo sleep 6 comfortably. Enjoy the added benefit of a washer/dryer in the condo. With Private Beach access just across the street and TWO on-site pools, come see why Maravilla 4203 will be your family’s favorite for years to come!

Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach is a 33-acre, gated resort featuring the largest private beach in the area — 2.5 acres of private pristine beach! Maravilla Resort has family-oriented vacation rentals. It is a relaxed resort community, and it is less crowded than the downtown Destin area. Many folks enjoy the view of the ocean from the beachside pool, and there is another large pool located by the clubhouse for a relaxing day of sun! Maravilla features "low-rise condo buildings" as opposed to "high-rise condo buildings." Low-rise condo buildings are more family-friendly, especially with small children and seniors, while still having the benefit of an elevator. It is easy to walk to the pools and beach. Please note renters are not allowed to drive golf carts in the Maravilla community.

Area Attractions:

Maravilla is only 3 miles from the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, and a park with pop-up fountains at its center.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

My cousin and I had not been to Miramar beach since we lost our spouses years ago but closing Realjoy was in fact a joy for us. We loved our stay and Realjoy would text and say hi how's your stay and if they could help in anyway and I've not had that with a company ever. The rooms were very clean and the bedding very fresh and comfy bed and a view of the ocean...what more could you need? The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and see the ocean on our balcony. This was a wonderful experience and I'd definitely use Realjoy the next trip I take. Thank you

Great location, comfortable stay & priced great!

Had a great stay! Easy check-in, fantastic location - great beach access. LOVED the umbrella/chair beach service. 5 minute walk from room to the shoreline. Quiet at night, liked having 2 bathrooms (1 shower). Kitchen was well stocked. Condo had a good and simple layout. Very comfortable room and AC worked well, too.

It was very nice the condo met our needs and it was pet friendly. It was clean and neat. It is good for a couple or parents with a couple children. But it was great location, it has no beach service staff on beach told us, you can rent chairs and umbrella though from staff on beach.

This place is not the newest or fanciest on the beach but it was great. It was clean and the location is awesome right on the beach. Definitely bring a wagon with you to get all your things to and from the beach, this unit is located in the back of the complex so it’s a small walk to get there. We would definitely stay here again.

the pictures and description led us to believe there was another bedroom with a bed instead of only the one bedroom. the place was clean and we'll kept. very short walk to the private gated beach. and the tennis and pickle ball courts are very well kept and the pool and Hotspot were great.
