This is our fourth time staying in Maravilla and the first time in this condo and it didn’t disappoint! It was perfect for my crawling infant and five year old. Very clean and close to the beach with a patio perfect for relaxing after a day at the pool/beach. Would highly recommend for families needing a beach getaway!

This is our 8th time staying at Maravilla. 1st time in this condo. Everything was as stated and very clean. We love being in Building 3 can still catch a glimpse of the Gulf but from enough away from the Scenic 98 that you don't hear all the traffic noise. Will definitely be requesting this condo again. Perfect for a family trip. We had everything we needed to be able to cook quick meals during our stay. Highly recommend.

The hotel is near the beach in walking distance, big parking lot, but one thing could b improved is the quickness of the gate closing. IT CLOSES TOO FAST THAT ALMOST HIT MY CAR. Somebody in my group have to step out and press the code so i can sprint in and pickup that person when im inside

We always stay in the Miramar beach area but first time at this condo complex. The condo is as advertised. One minor issue at check-in was quickly addressed. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook and there are plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We appreciated the beach service just note they set them up early.

The property was as exactly as the pictures! Perfect location to restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. The chairs that came with our stay were wonderful to have while on the beach. Plenty of space for us and our three kids. Having two pools was super nice because you never run into either being too busy. Would definitely stay there again.

CLEAN!!! This place was just more then great. Everything was close by walking and driving distance. The balcony view was relaxing and you get ocean view. I really liked everything about this property nothing to dislike.

This location is great for families. There are miles of bike/walking path along the ocean. The condo comes with 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella per day which an attendant sets up for you. There are games, beach toys and hand of full book/movies use to. We flew in from Mn and had to bring our own beach towels (wish they were provided). A medium beach cooler would also be a nice addition to add to the condo. Overall, we loved the area, hot tub, heated pool and gated complex. There are some older but clean vanities in bathrooms. Placed worked great for us.

Miramar Beach was excellent this time. It was busier than we expected but we were still able to get all our activities in. Plan on getting to the beach early to get a good spot. Be patient with the crew setting up, they were working very hard.

The unit was clean, well stocked kitchen, very close to the beach and most of all, a very responsive customer service. Would recommend this unit for family's with 2 or more kids. We wish this was a pet friendly unit but all in all, we enjoyed our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay!! The 2 bedroom unit is spacious and welcoming! The balcony is a great spot for breakfast or cards in the evening. 2 bathrooms and the laundry room right inside the door were very helpful in keeping the sand out. The beach and both pools are very short walks away, and having the included beach chair/umbrella rental each day was a huge perk!! We will be back!

The place and location were amazing, very convenient and so close to the beach. The attention from the host were great, one of the sink of in the bathrooms was clogged. The stay was great. Condo was very clean. Having the beach access with chairs and umbrella was awesome. My critic would be, description of property stated dishes were provided alobg with pots and pans. I had to buy my own pans to cook some meals. The queen bedroom tv volume needs a little work. Its either really loud or no sound. There us no inbetween. If that is my only nudge then you can say i had a excellent stay!!! It really was home away from home. I would recommend this to anyone!!

I had researched for it seems like forever to find a condo for a trip that included myself and my best friend of 30 years and my 17 year old daughter and her friend. We had a modest budget and wanted something that was close enough to walk to the beach. The condo was great ! I am a very light sleeper and was worried we would be somewhere with loud late night party's going on, but no it was very quiet and peaceful. The inside of the condo was very nice and very clean, and we didn't do any major cooking but the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you would need. After I had already booked I ran across some negative reviews stating the complex was run down, I think for what I paid it was a great deal, if you have an unlimited budget in Destin you can stay in a mansion, but like most people we spent all our time at the beautiful Destin beaches, and Maravilla 3202 was perfect !
