Responsive and proactive hosts, beautiful place my daughters really enjoyed the pools, the beach walking distance, beautiful views. Pet friendly walking area for my service dog really stood out, comfortable beds and lots of space we were only 4 but had space for more to sleep comfortably. Will stay here again!

my husband has not stopped talking since we got home. Best vacation in such a long time. We were able to completely relax and not think about work. The beach was amazing. The beach service was the favorite thing on our list. It was so nice to not have to drag chairs to the beach back-and-forth every day. We loved being able to have our dog with us. We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, which made our days easy and relaxing. The unit came well-equipped with beach toys and a chair, plus the included chairs and umbrella service made beach time extra convenient.
The condo itself was just as advertised—very true to the pictures—and although the area is generally busy, the unit was incredibly quiet, giving us a peaceful retreat at the end of each day.
We did encounter a minor maintenance issue during our stay, but the staff handled it with care and professionalism. They worked around our schedule to get it taken care of with minimal disruption, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and are already discussing our next trip back. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation!

I love how private and close this unit is to the beach. We just walked out the back door, and it was a 2 minute walk. It was very convenient being on the ground floor since we brought our dog and could easily take her outside. The beach service on the beach told us the unit includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, which was awesome! Overall loved the condo!

We loved how we could walk to the beach everyday, were so close to restaurants, and had a nice place to sleep each night. To know I just had to text to ask for anything I needed, it was very reassuring.The property, the apartment, all was very inviting, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I didn’t ask while we were there, we had plenty to do, but an indoor/shaded swimming pool would be nice for those wishing to swim out of the direct sun or even in the colder off season.My girls still jumped in the ocean, little crazies, lol. We enjoyed our stay on the property! The only feedback I have is that they should include the gate code for entering Maravilla. It was not included in my online portal and after messaging I received copy and paste instructions that did not address the issue. Once I called we got it straightened out, but it would be nice to have included in the portal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Maravilla Resort. The condo was everything we expected. The online pictures and amenities were very accurate. Private beach access was very convenient (just across the street). Beach chairs and umbrella included. Pool and tennis courts were very nice and the enjoyable. We had an issue with a kitchen light and notified management. Management was very responsive and called us to give a status update on the fix. The matter was taken care of within 24 hours. We will definitely book again when we come back to the Destin area!!

Traveled with my parents and this property was very clean. We enjoyed ourselves so much. The property manager was very attentive for my questions and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We are already talking about coming back again. Watching the dolphins from our balcony every morning was just the icing on the cake! Thank you for letting us stay at your property!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We will definitely be back. Only thing I would critique is the cleaning. There was several stains on the carpet, pillows and bed. Just overall paying more attention to detail and making sure ever inch of the unit is cleaned. Other than that this property is great.

Very comfortable condo with private beach across the street and two swimming pools to choose from. Property is clean and family friendly. Beds could use some new mattresses; that is my only suggestion. If you come make sure you have a car. Most entertainment and shopping is too far to walk and it is difficult and expensive to get a taxi/Uber/shuttle. No public busses or trolleys.

Feel like home. Just bring soap if u will be cooking and laundry soap dryer sheet softener. Will be back for sure..

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this 2 bedroom condo. The condo is close to both pools at Maravilla and close by the beach, so great location. To get to the private beach you just cross the parking lot behind the building, walk through a pass-through through the beach facing condo building, and then across the road to the gate to the beach. A beach Parasol and 2 chairs are included (you just tell the guys on the beach the unit number) and you can either pay for additional ones or set up your own.
The unit is on the ground floor with direct access from the parking lot and the front of the unit, which was great given COVID and that very few people in Destin/Miramar take the pandemic seriously).
Others have commented that the kitchen is well equipped and we also found it so. Among the more unusual kitchen gadgets in rental units we found: whisks, a peeler, a grater, a blender, and a collander. There were zero food items in the kitchen though: no salt, pepper, etc. Not sure if that is due to COVID, previous renters, or the management company.
The unit is a bit dated, but everything worked, the beds and sofas were comfortable, and generally the unit is very well laid out. If we were coming back to the area we would definitely consider staying there again.

Liked the layout of the condo. Decorated as expected but nice. We really wanted true beachfront but couldn’t find any in our price range. Difficult to get a true picture when searching vacation rentals online. This particular unit, the entry door is in a covered area with poor lighting.
