We loved it! Great walkable location to the beach and restaurants. Two pools and a hot tub available for use. Plenty of parking spots. King bed was super comfy! Thank you!

Easy access to the beach! This unit was quiet even though it’s near the pool. Very nicely decorated and bed in master bedroom was comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

A great condo right on the beach. We had to bring our dog because he’s been in recovery from injury and RealJoy was very accommodating and gave us options of what we can do with him or where to take him since dogs are not allowed on the beach. It was a nice little getaway for our family.

This is our second time at Maravilla, our first in this unit. We loved the location, easy access to the pool and beach just steps away. The unit was fully stocked with everything you’d need, they had ample towels which is always a plus.
We we arrived they had a lamp on and soft playing music playing on the TV, it made it feel like we’d checked into a high end hotel.

This place is great especially if you have a dog. Its on the first level so you can go right out without stairs. Also great waking path right by the beach so you can take a walk with a great view. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and great communication and follow up from RealJoy. No major issues at all. The location did come with beach chairs and an umbrella which was not advertised and this was a definite plus as this runs about $40 per day if the unit does not come with it. A better job could have been done cleaning the unit prior to our arrival but we always clean the unit anyways as soon as we arrive. Sheets and linens were clean. There was a drawer front missing from the hall bath and some of the towel hooks were loose but nothing a little maintenance can't fix. Also, plan for the dryer to take a while if you are washing clothes during your stay. Overall our experience was wonderful and we had no major issues and we would choose the unit again.

We had a fabulous time and loved we were right by the pool!! The pool was heated and felt fantastic. Short walk to the beach and an umbrella and two chairs were provided to guests which was fabulous!! The beach staff were knowledgeable and gave recommendations! The condo was very secure with a coded entry to the premise. We will definitely stay again!!!

This is the third time we have visited Miramar Beach and our third property at Maravilla. By far the best so far. The other two were great, but this was far better than we could have ever expected. I was nervous renting from a company instead of the actual owner, but RealJoy is great to work with. Instructions and documentation is simple and easy to follow. They were always communicating specific dates and times. Codes for gate and room were given in a timely manner. As far as the room, it was well stocked with toiletries. Very clean. It was our first with two showers which is great for a family of three. Nothing was damaged and everything was in working condition. You are also tucked into a corner of the building which gave you some more privacy. Beach was a short easy walk and the private beach is always clean and staff is amazing. Pool outside our room isn't heated but the pool in the back is and is just a short walk. I will definitely be looking at this room again for our next visit.

Maravilla was exactly what my husband and I needed for a few weeks . Destin is beautiful and the condo fit our needs as well as the needs of our two small dogs . Daily walks along the ocean , afternoons at the heated pool and jacuzzi, and wonderful places to eat in the evening was a perfect get away for us from the cold up north. The condo had all the amenities we could ask for and the convenience to the beach (literally across the street) was amazing !

Great place directly on Old Scenic 98. The place is newly remodeled and situated right in front of the pool. Great stay if you have kids.
