Welcome to Manatee Summer House, a recently revamped 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach haven that rests upon a spacious lot adorned with a sprawling, enclosed backyard! Perfectly poised between the serene western edge of Panama City Beach and the vibrant Pier Park to the east, our home is your gateway to beach bliss. Inside, you'll find a luxurious king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a cozy queen bed in one of the guest bedrooms, a charming twin over full bunk bed in the other guest room, and a convenient sleeper sofa in the welcoming living room. With room for up to 9 guests, your beach retreat is destined to be comfortable and carefree. Sip your morning coffee on the back patio, basking in the tranquil surroundings. At Manatee Summer House, your beachside getaway awaits with open arms.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Some “must see, must try” area attractions include Shipwreck Island Waterpark, putt-putt golf, go-carts, arcades, and bumper boats! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop, or the Whiteknuckle Rapids. A trip to Shell Island is another fun family adventure, take a ferry or rent a boat. Interested in outdoor adventures? Stop by St. Andrews State Park, visit the Jetties, and snorkel your way through the clear waters where you can interact with fish and beautiful sea life!

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. We had such a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We brought our dog along, and it was perfect for her too, which is always a huge plus! Beach accommodations such as chairs, wagon, and tent were a blessing. The walk to public beach access was a little further than expected but not too bad. The home was outside of main beach traffic and only a few minutes from Pier Park. Grocery store next door. Peaceful neighborhood. Comfy beds. Very cozy. Highly recommend.
