We absolutely love this place! We come back every year and look forward to our stay each and every time! Literally steps from the Gulf. Wonderful balcony views. Safe, walkable area for a quick trip to a restaurant, to stop off for ice cream, or just for a nice walk to get fresh air.

This was our first time in Mirimar Beach and we couldn’t have chosen a better area. It’s on the 8th floor which the balcony overlooks a great view of the beach. The beach is within walking distance from the beach and a lot of local places to eat within a 15 minute drive. The area is pretty quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very clean. The host was very responsive. All in all would definitely recommend !

This is our second time staying here and the next trip is already booked. The location is amazing, the amenities are great, and the room is perfect for our family. We enjoy coffee/breakfast on the balcony - usually dolphins can be seen swimming by. The area is great for morning walks. There are two different pools, so a lot of space. Beach is literally right across the street. Can’t say enough good things and we obviously love it because we keep coming back to the same place.

We had a wonderful stay at the Majestic Sun! The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. We were impressed with the new appliances and felt the kitchen was fully stocked to prepare the meals we ate there. The patio furniture is very nice and made for enjoyable dinners and sunsets on the balcony. We were surprised to find some beach toys and chairs that were available for our use. This was wonderful being that we did not have our own. The beds were very comfortable, but the linens could do with a refresh as they had some stains. We didn’t need to contact RealJoy Vacations during our time, but appreciated the rental portal and text messages checking in.
