We had a great stay overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach, which made everything very convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful. There was a small issue during our stay, but they handled it proactively and resolved it in a way we didn’t even expect — really appreciated that level of care. Also, the view from the balcony overlooking the bay was a great bonus. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Communication couldn’t have been better. Everything was as pictured. The walk to the beach was so easy and short. There’s also an ice cream shop attached to the condo, which we enjoyed. I will say, the pool had a lot of unnecessary rules which were enforced and the size of the pools didn’t accommodate the amount of ppl who stay in the condo. Other than that, no complaints. Perfect location!!

Very clean and right on the beach. Access to a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops. The elevators in the building are not in the greatest condition and only half of them work but overall we had a good experience. I do feel as if it was a little pricey for the quality.

My wife and I brought our 3 month old son and it was just the place that we needed. Perfect view of the beach with a short walk. Nice heated pool!The place did seem to have some sand throughout the floors and a little trash left over from the previous people but nothing that would make us not come back. They were very quick to respond with any issue we had!

This may of just been my experience, but there was an abundance of teens and and younger kids in their 20’s. They didn’t seem to notice the presents of the little ones and made me feel uneasy at times.

We thoroughly enjoyed the three weeks we spent at the Majestic Sun. Though this condo is a bit older (as seen in the bathroom/kitchen finishes), the unit was all around very stylish. We were thrilled that the balcony furniture has been updated since the photos were taken. There is now a love seat, 2 chairs and a coffee table with thick, comfy cushions. We rented this place due to the straight on gulf view and spent so many hours on the balcony with our wine and coffee. We also used the pool and health club a lot- the weight machines are way better than average. The kitchen was great for cooking-one note- we couldn’t locate a kettle, so bring one if this is important. The king size bed was really comfortable, and it was great to have cable tv in an era when fewer places offer it anymore. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Very comfortable place to stay for a month. Only improvement would be to have a lamp in the living area.
