Excellent property! Great view of the ocean! We were very satisfied. When we saw that some of the kitchen utensils were missing, we called and in no time Lucas arrived with more than we had asked for. The service was excellent!

We stayed at Majestic Sun and had the perfect view of Miramar Beach. Our condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, and with small appliances. Easy access to the room, beach, enjoyed ice cream and shops attached to the complex. I feel it's the perfect location for anyone on vacation to get away. Will be coming back again next year! Nancy

We really enjoyed our week at Majestic Sun! It was the perfect walkable distance to the beach with our toddler. There was an issue during our stay with the garbage disposal leaking, they were very kind and prompt about getting it fixed. The view was beautiful!

Very clean and right on the beach. Access to a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops. The elevators in the building are not in the greatest condition and only half of them work but overall we had a good experience. I do feel as if it was a little pricey for the quality.

My wife and I brought our 3 month old son and it was just the place that we needed. Perfect view of the beach with a short walk. Nice heated pool!The place did seem to have some sand throughout the floors and a little trash left over from the previous people but nothing that would make us not come back. They were very quick to respond with any issue we had!

Great condo with beautiful views of white sandy beaches and clear gulf waters. Condo is clean and perfect for our weekend getaway. Building is very big and parking/ elevators were a headache due to construction- otherwise perfect spot!

This may of just been my experience, but there was an abundance of teens and and younger kids in their 20’s. They didn’t seem to notice the presents of the little ones and made me feel uneasy at times.

We thoroughly enjoyed the three weeks we spent at the Majestic Sun. Though this condo is a bit older (as seen in the bathroom/kitchen finishes), the unit was all around very stylish. We were thrilled that the balcony furniture has been updated since the photos were taken. There is now a love seat, 2 chairs and a coffee table with thick, comfy cushions. We rented this place due to the straight on gulf view and spent so many hours on the balcony with our wine and coffee. We also used the pool and health club a lot- the weight machines are way better than average. The kitchen was great for cooking-one note- we couldn’t locate a kettle, so bring one if this is important. The king size bed was really comfortable, and it was great to have cable tv in an era when fewer places offer it anymore. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Beautiful, super clean condo! Everything is exactly how it’s pictured and described. There are also cushioned patio chairs on the balcony. The TV’s have standard cable as well as all of the usual Apps, so there are lots of options. The hall bath contains ample shelving and the washer/dryer. The bathroom in the bedroom has a nice sized closet. The kitchen offers a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender, and super clean refrigerator. Great stay, thanks again!

The condo was gorgeous! Perfect location for the beach. When we arrived, they had the lights turned low and music playing which was a very nice touch. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the 2 pools. It was nice having the indoor one to get away from the sun. The only issues were the fan in the master bedroom remote seems to be working a neighboring unit and vice versa. The light and fan would shut off and on random times. It was an issue in the morning when I was trying to dress my baby and the light kept shutting off. I would turn it back on and it would shut back off a few seconds later. My husband is a master electrician and said the remote fans typically interfere with eachother. It wasnt the other fan in our unit, but most likely a neighboring condo. The other issue was one of the elevators was acting up. It stopped on floors that werent selected and no guests were waiting and then dropped half a floor with us in it. I called the property emergency number because there wasnt anyone at the desk in either tower. Parking was a little odd due to our oversized vehicle but the security guards helped us find parking in the hotel garage. We walked to Whale Tale for dinner which was delicious. The store in tower 2 was nice to pick up beach items and very reasonably priced for close proximity to the beach . We didnt use the stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, or did any laundry during our stay so I cant attest to that but everything else was wonderful!

The condo was nice, comfortable and very clean. There's a phenomenal view from the balcony. Comfortable bed in the master bedroom (we didn't sleep in any other beds). The kitchen is adequately equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. The refrigerator, stove and dishwasher were nice but the blender and toaster were broken. The dryer was very old and rusty inside. If those items were addressed, everything would be perfect.
Tip: Make arrangements with the beach chair rental company as soon as you get there if you plan to rent chairs and want front row seats to the ocean- which, trust me, you do. We didn't rent for the whole week so we only had one day of that expansive, amazing view. The rental hut is on the beach directly in front of the building.
