This condo exceeded all of our expectations. It is not only stunning but also exceptionally well stocked—everything from the kitchen essentials to extra comforts was thoughtfully provided. The cleanliness and attention to detail were top tier. It felt like a true home away from home, making our stay both relaxing and effortless. We are so grateful for such a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property.

This condo was by far the most comfortable rental we ever had. We felt right at home and the owner provided access to more than we expected. We were surprised to find beach towels and a beach wagon available for our use. Additionally, the condo matched the listing and had modern finishes and fixtures. We loved the convenient access to the beach, retail and restaurants.

We would definitely visit again! The condo and property were in the perfect location. We have 4 children and brought grandma and grandpa too! Plenty of room. The beaches are unmatched! I could sit on my balcony and see my family on the beach. Choose this condo, you won't regret it.

We love staying in the Majestic Sun and this condo was no exception. We have stayed in several different condos here and this one was the best in decor/comfort and had plenty of beach chairs, toys, and towels for us to use at the beach! We love this location for easy beach access and everything we need in walking distance. The Whale’s Tail is great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as frozen/iced drinks on the beach.

Overall, everything was very nice. Fabulous view with easy access to the beach, nice finishes inside, great layout with primary bedroom & living room connecting to huge patio and two other bedrooms separate for privacy, kitchen was fully stocked and had a regular coffee pot plus a keurig, nice furnishings & easy to communicate with property manager. Nice amenities include pools, hot tubs and gyms.Our only complaints were several of the outlets didn't work so phones weren't charging when we thought they were and the pillows are stuffed cotton and weren't comfortable to us. I'd bring your own pillows if you're used to down or feather. Lastly, the bed was on the firm side just FYI, and the condo is right next door to the indoor pool, so there was noise at times. It didn't bother us, but if you are wanting it to be quiet at all times, that might not be the case.

Our stay at Vista Esmeralda @ Majestic Sun was nothing short of perfect. The gulf-front views were breathtaking from the moment we walked in—floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking crystal-blue water made every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The 3-bedroom layout was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless, making it ideal for both relaxing and entertaining.The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living area was cozy and comfortable after long days at the beach. Each bedroom felt private and welcoming, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.We loved having direct beach access just steps away, and the heated pool was a wonderful bonus—perfect for morning swims or unwinding in the evening. The location within Majestic Sun was also super convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and plenty of activities.

Perfect spot!! The location is right across from the beach with a beautiful view from condo. Many great restaurants are close by within walking distance and a grocery store a short distance from condo.
The condo was clean and decorated nicely. There were beach chairs and beach toys that we were able to use. Worth the price!

Everything was excellent! Can’t complain about a single thing! Host was responsive - we had several questions prior to arrival and she was very helpful! Even had an external issue, not related to the condo itself, that she went above and beyond to help with. Condo was the cleanest one we had ever stayed in. The beds were the most comfortable. Had all the extras to get us started. Had beach chairs, umbrellas, and extra beach towels available. Top quality appliances, etc. and everything I needed to cook all week in the kitchen. Comfortable balcony furniture, which is a huge plus as we like to spend time outside enjoying the sound of the ocean. Absolutely 5 stars in every area and would stay here again! Hope to stay on the same condo next year when we come back! Would definitely recommend!

This was our 4th year vacationing at Miramar Beach. We have even stayed in Majestic Sun before but this air bnb was absolutely gorgeous. Seemed newly renovated. Loved all the decor. Very clean. We had a great stay at Jilenna’s place. The place was beautiful. Everything was clean and neat! There were lots of games and activities for the kids. Living room area was nice and spacious ! The pool area is nice and big and there are lots of options. It’s also really nice that the beach is right across the street and the ice cream place next store was a nice treat :). Jilenna was quick to respond with all questions and very polite. I guess our only negative was the strict check in policy. We’ve stayed at various places in the area and all would message us if it were to be ready early and this place was offering to let us in early for an extra fee. Didn’t love that. All in all we had a great time and We would definitely stay there again.

I booked this condo unit so I could do some scouting for a group outing in 2025. Communication from FVR was phenomenal, from the time I booked thru my departure. I loved their friendly text message reminders and it was nice to have information at my fingertips. The rooms were spacious and the property was well maintained. I enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fitness center. The proximity to the beach was a plus. But the best part was the unobstructed view of the Emerald Coast right across the street. Morning coffee on the balcony and a sunset cocktail .... what a way to relax! They even have an Ice Cream/Fudge shop in the building. Great location, lots of extras...plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. I am looking forward to coming back in 2025. Thank you, Jilenna!
