Located in the prestigious Seascape Resort, encompassing over 300 acres of lush greens, serene lakes, and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Majestic Sun offers guests a heated indoor/outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, and an on-site fitness center. The location is very central to restaurants, beaches and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay there and being seconds from the beach. Only recommended would be to provide more of the basic amenities like laundry and dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash at the facility. Otherwise everything was great!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is right on the beach, offering a stunning ocean view and within walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops. We enjoyed using the Fun Pass and went on a dolphin cruise tour, which was a highlight for all of us. Having an ice cream parlor conveniently located just downstairs was a delightful bonus! The space was clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully stocked with beach towels, chairs, and toys. I especially appreciated the vinyl flooring, elegant chandeliers, and charming decor. We felt completely at home and can’t wait to return!

My family and I had the best time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook, nice pots, pans, utensils, etc. not to mention the beach closet that has everything you would need to have a fun family day at the beach. Oh and the beach? Only a few steps away is the beautiful white sand beach!! When I say I want to stay right on the beach, this condo is exactly what I mean. We will definitely be staying here when we return in the future!

This condo was amazing—beautifully decorated, super comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The third-floor balcony view of the beach, and ocean was absolutely gorgeous. Parking was easy, and the building was clean and well kept with plenty of shops and snacks right on site. We had one small hiccup when we accidentally got locked out of the bedroom, but the maintenance team responded right away and had it fixed super quickly. Overall, we had such a great stay and would definitely come back again.

Updated, beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped and techy condo with many lighting options to suit every mood. Third floor unit with a beautiful balcony view of the boardwalk, beach and ocean. Easy and accommodating parking and well kept building with many store options on site with ample shopping and snacks. We have grown to love staying at Majestic Sun. All of the families that we have met have been super nice and it's great to see kids meet new friends. We loved this location as we rent a golf cart to get around to the local businesses we frequent.
The updated renovation was STUNNING!!! We were raving about it as it also hit home with our 7 year old daughter from the bunk beds to the kiddie coffee cups! (Bluey, Sonic, Stitch, and Snoopy)
The communication was great the whole time and such an easy check-in and check-out experience.
The ONLY item we felt it needed (and this is nothing major) is maybe a place to prop your feet up in the living room and maybe a rocker. My MIL loves to rock at her age, LOL and with just the table in the living area, we didn't want to put our feet on that.
We felt so much at home, we are already looking to book again next year with this amazing host!
