This lovely upscale 2BR/2BA condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, with a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen in the guest bedroom! Relax each morning on the spacious balcony with unobstructed views of the Gulf, stroll directly across the street to the beach, or take a dip in the large indoor/outdoor pool with 2 hot tubs! If you want to keep your fitness routine the onsite gym will have everything you need. Room service is available from Cabana Cafe, as well as serving a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu! Majestic Sun offers 12 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building has unobstructed views of the coastline where the sunsets are incredible. Located in the prestigious Seascape Resort encompassing over 300 acres of lush greens, serene lakes, and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Majestic Sun offers guests a heated indoor/outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, and an onsite fitness center. The magnificent Seascape Resort boasts an 18-hole championship golf course, tennis courts, nature trail, freshwater lakes, beachside bar and grill, and so much more. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

The condo was perfect and had the walkway on the 3rd floor to close parking. The toaster wasn’t working and they brought us one the next day. I can’t recommend RealJoy enough. Our vacation experience was perfect!!

nice size room, nicely updated. awesome view of the beach from the balcony. walk to beach was easy and right across the road. Room has chairs and pop up tent and umbrella so made it nice not needing to bring all that with us.

This condo was perfect for breathtaking views, relaxing morning coffee, quick beach & pool access. The condo was spacious and had an at home feeling. We were a little bummed the kitchen didn't have basic things like salt or pepper & some coffee filters, but we made do. There options for beach excursions & activities in walking distance. We tried the Parasailing which was awesome. I would definitely revisit this great host.
