We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Miramar Beach! The views were amazing, the location was perfect, and being right on the beach made everything so convenient and relaxing. We especially loved all the bright, fun beachy colors throughout the condo it had such a happy vibe! Grocery store 1 mile down the road! Having the ice cream shop downstairs was also a huge bonus and so much fun after a day at the beach. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Apartamento increíble , mi familia y yo lo disfrutamos y nos relajamos . Me encantó la comodidad del Apartamento, el parqueo no tiene asignación , es decir puedes estacionarte libre dentro del condominio ( nos estacionamos frente de la puerta y se nos facilitaba bajar las cosas y subirlas al ascensor: cavas , refrigerios , etc ), y me súper encantó la vista espectacular desde el balcón del apartamento , una vista inigualable. Tiendas en el entorno donde puedes comprar souvenirs y restaurantes donde comer rica comida . Me encantó y volvería a reservar el mismo apartamento y la playa de Miramar me encanta.

We maxed the condo with 11 occcupants and did not feel crowded at all. Highly recommend for large parties. The rental management responded and resolved one minor issue promptly.

We appreciate the excellent service and wonderful stay. The tenth floor is absolutely comfortable, and the view is fabulous. Just cross the street and you're right on the beach. We loved that they offered beach chairs; two types of coffee makers: a conventional one and a capsule coffee maker; the very spacious kitchen with an incredible ocean view, equipped with everything you need to prepare the food of your choice; plenty of towels, blankets, a table, and an iron. The balcony has comfortable and adequate furniture to enjoy the breeze; the laundry area is spacious and clean; there are two large bags available to carry food and drinks to the beach in case you don't have enough. The best part is that the host was very attentive to our arrival and, throughout our stay, asked how we were doing, offering his assistance in case we needed anything. This was very important to us; he made us feel like we were in a safe and reliable place. We will definitely rent this beautiful apartment again.

We’ve stayed in dozens of condos as a family over the last 10 years - this was by far the most beautiful, comfortable, peaceful home away from home we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Everything was thought of. Someone clearly loves this unit & we felt that in every inch of the space. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Plenty of extra blankets, pillows. Comfortable beds & living room furniture! Plenty of balcony seating. Quite complex with friendly people everywhere! Security always around making you feel so absolutely safe. Clear communication from beginning of our stay until the very last moment we were there! Everything was clean from the unit to the amenities. The walk to the beach was so effortless and it’s so much closer than the pictures lead you to believe - they simply don’t do it justice, the beach is SO CLOSE! Steps away. Cannot wait to return! The condo was great, very clean and had everything we need. The building though seem to have many issues but didnt effect the rating of 5 stars for the condo itself. They had to close the indoor pool for the last 3 days we were there to redo some drainage. Outdoor pool not heated. Also seem to have elevator issues as well that was annoying. Location great though. Would stay again.

The location is great. Right in front of the beach with an amazing view. The condo is a corner unit and the interior was gorgeous. We had a slight issue with one of the bathroom tubs not draining, however, they were immediate in their response to get it fixed. The floors were also very dirty so it is recommended to wear shoes/slippers indoors. Overall, we had a great experience and will book again.

Wonderful condo with amazing views! Because it's a corner unit, you get a lot of extra sunlight from the side windows. Fresh, modern updates. Very spacious. Easy access to the pools, beach, and walking path. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys! Comfortable beds. The location is unbeatable! 10th floor corner unit directly across the street from the clear blue water and white sand beach. There are ample sleeping spaces, full kitchen with appliances, and full washer and dryer. This is a wonderful place for families or couples traveling together. The property management company was very responsive to our calls and messages, and provided some assistance when we requested it. They do not routinely stock any condiments, coffee, coffee filters, or cooking oils. Plan on making a complete grocery run upon arrival.

The condo was great! Lots of space, fully stocked kitchen, and FABULOUS views! Each bedroom was well equipped with extra blankets if needed. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Beach chairs in laundry room were a nice extra. Elevators were always available and the covered parking place was a nice bonus. The balcony was huge and had lots of seating options for our family. We would definitely stay here again… in fact we already booked again!

The property is beautiful! Spectacular view! The room was spacious and well kept with everything you need to relax and enjoy vacation. Comfortable beds, huge kitchen and the convenience of the beach directly in front of your door. We would definitely stay here again! A few upgrades are needed in the bathrooms. Our drain in one of the bathtubs did not drain And a sink was broken. Really no complaints as there were plenty of bathrooms and sinks here to choose from.

The view was magnificent, and the unit was more than we expected! The shower in the master bathroom was rather hot, and couldn’t be adjusted very well.
