We enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Sun and the Styx and Friends Concert so much that we are already preparing for next Year. It would great if they culd update the rooms with more Queen And King size beds instead of Kings With Bunks.

Truly we could not have asked for a better stay. We loved the space and will definitely be back! We were right at home with the beach view and it is a good centralized location to get to everywhere we wanted to be within 15 minutes.

Always wanted to stay in the Majestic Sun, very glad I was finally able to. Perfect spot across from the beach. Royal Palm Grill and Whales Tail are both super close to grab lunch!

Location. 2 beds in guest room. Kitchen needs improvement. There was not 1 complimentary coffee filter to get us started so we needed to make a trip to grocery to get by after trip down there. The coffee pot ended up not working. First it would not keep the time so the programmed morning coffee was made in the middle of the night. We unplugged it the next nights. Then coffee would not filter on 4th morning and ran all over. The clock also ceased to work completely. The items in the kitchen could be improved. No stock pot for shrimp boil. Little pots only. Only 1 big pot holder glove so removing pans from over was iffy since you had to hold one side with towel. Unsafe! The owners locked the pantry in kitchen so groceries sat all over kitchen counters and DR table. There was on 4 of us and things sat everywhere so for 6...I guess you could sleep with some of your groceries. The tongs were slightly longer that my hand so the heat was pretty uncomfortable, especially turning bacon. No water pitcher in house so nothing for kool-aid or instant tea. No shelf for items in bathroom and nothing under the sink to place your items. There are no drawers at master sink so that is very inconvenient. There is enough money from rentals to at least make it comfortable. Maybe the owners need some advice in this area since they can't, or haven't, viewed it from a renters point of view. I travel a lot and the lack of comforts is not aporeciated. Make some improvements and it would be worth the price.

Individual unit was great, wonderful view and had all utensils, cookware, and accessories. Pool was fine, nothing spectacular but perfectly adequate. Beach access can’t be beat…. Proximity to chair/umbrella rental was perfect. As long as you plan better than we did, you’ll have an awesome time!

The Condo was just as described. Right across from the beach and the view were absolutely beautiful. Our kids had an amazing time in both pools. Even though the building was busy, we didn’t have to wait long for elevators.

Great central location with a beautiful view of the beach! I loved the security for the parking garage as well as the pool area. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Miramar Beach! You can’t beat the location and the balcony views ! I loved that there was a parking garage with an attendant at the gate and even getting to the pool requires a passcode so no one is wandering in off the street. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Could probably use a little updating but we were very happy with our stay.

I like that it was an easy check in. Get the passcode and go straight to your room no lines to wait on to check in. I didn’t like we have to go to the other building to walk out to the beach. I wish there was a door on the 1st floor like in majestic B. Also 1 of the hot tubs was not hot so the hot tub below our room stayed packed. Other people complained about that too.

This property was beautiful. We were able to see dolphins from the balcony and also enjoy a dolphin cruise just 8 miles from the condo. Plenty of options for food and some within walking distance. Will definitely be staying in destin again!! The property came with 4 small beach chairs as well.

very nice and secure they blocked us from coming in the back entrance bc of a concert. we should have been able to get thru with our parking pass to the condo
