Location was amazing. Unit was clean and easy to access.
Elevators were quick, no issues at all.
Security was always around checking on things. Unit could use some updated pots and pans.
Great vacation.

The location was absolutely perfect. The sidewalks were beautiful with sun and wave designs on the street crossings with palms lining the middle border, the road had a large cyclist lane so as not to disturb your walks, we easily walked to the shops and many food places. It was absolutely beautiful. The more family friendly area of Panama without all the intoxicated people running around you. Where as near pier park places Ive stayed the sidewalks are broken, end abruptly and are very thin. The sidewalks here are wide and beautiful. Flowers and palms line the street for miles along this area. We felt safe and comfortable. Even at night.the rooms were perfect and comfortable tons of extra bedding in the closets, make it your own. Beach toys, chairs, pool noodles. Books and family games. Well designed decor. I was astonished at the mindfulness of the attention to detail these owners put into thinking of families and comfort. The shower pressure is perfect, the hot water, endless. Beds sooo comfortable. View perfection. Balcony very large. Larger condo that the picture makes it seem. Floors very nice. Couches wow comfortable and beautiful. Endless pillows. Soaps all natural as well as shampoo. I wish I could always stay here. My favorite room I’ve stayed in Panama City. Fridge looks brand new. Crushed iceeeee. Best room is definitely 901 tower 2. My favorite so far. I’ve visited Panama City every summer since I was 3 years old. And this one was my favorite. The only thing we didn’t like is that they OTHER reputable sites mentioned the sauna and steam room, but they aren’t for renter use only the owners of the condos. Booking and these owners do not advertise this as you do not get access, also the security team of three women burst into our room 3 am because they said the door was ajar ( it was not) my daughter 16 was awake, they did not know or yell security as they are supposed to, they entered the room with flashlights, they weren’t allowed to do this, and looked in on everyone as they slept even my 9 year old son and my husband and I, luckily we were in pajamas and decent. The head of the security detail informed me they would be dealt with, but then yelled at my daughter accusing her of leaving the door open which we did not. I doubt he dealt with them, as we saw them the next day and they didn’t even apologize. However, The owners of our unit immediately changed our door code which we were grateful for. The sauna situation wasn’t the owners or bookings fault. Dont trust other sites telling you you can have these amenities. Trust the ownera they are kind, trust booking.com they answered every question within 30 mins of every text I sent, which was a lots.

The condo was beautiful and had so much room for our family of 7. The bunk room is actually bigger than it looks in the picture. The entire check in to checkout was easy. Most difficult thing was the parking garage it just because I didn’t receive the email or it went to spam for the vehicle/parking, so had to call guest services before we could enter the parking garage to get the email resent to put our information for the vehicle in. Nice that was done the rest was easy. The only thing I would recommend for this condo is to add some towel hooks in the master bathroom closer to the shower and inside the master shower add a shower caddy, some shower command hooks, and a small shower bench. The master shower is very large but only one small built in cubby that fit one bottle of soap, the rest of our shampoos/conditioners/face wash, razor, rags, ect. we had to sit on the shower floor. I also shave in the shower instead of filling an entire bath (which is why I recommended a small bench) so I had to sit on the shower floor to shave. The sunset views were perfect from the front balcony and you really didn’t hear much outside noise from Front Beach Rd. Would definitely stay here again.

RealJoy place was exactly how it was pictured. I love the majestic resort, but her unit was beautifully decorated and plenty of room for my family of 5. The master suite was huge and comfortable the one night I actually slept in the bed. The balcony was so relaxing I stayed out there most of the time when I wasn’t enjoying the beach and pools. I highly recommend this unit to anyone. RealJoy was very quick in responding to any questions I had for her. Overall we enjoyed are stay and didn’t want to leave as always.

Incredible location and resort overall. Perfect for young families. The condo wasn’t stocked with common amenities like spices, extra trash bags, etc., but that’s ok! The host made up for it with their friendliness during the check in and out process.

Our family had a fantastic time during our 4 day stay in Panama City Beach. The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was just as shown in the pictures - stunning!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! Perfect view! Perfect location! Any questions or concerns I had were answered right away and property solved. I must have went at a perfect time because it wasn’t too busy or crowded. We had a great time and would definitely book a vacation with them again.

Very clean, simply and comfortable furnishings. Excellent location.
A note to maintenance: the bunk beds ladder left metal portion is detached and could be a safety issue for a person/child sleeping on the upper bunk.

Well equiped condo, i wpuld stay here again.. there are a couple of suggestions . I would suggest an inside lock so small kids just cant open the door and some type of shelving in the master shower. There was no place for items or wash cloths.

This is our fifth time staying in this corner unit condo. We love it! The views are spectacular and the condo is fabulous. We hope to return next summer.

The room was perfect. The staff were great and facilities were very clean.
The process of using Vacasa was not efficient at all. They either did not respond to emails or just responded with directions to the app, which did not have the answer to our questions. Wrong phone numbers listed on the app, and the only working number leaving us on hold for an incredibly long time without finding out anything helpful after finally speaking with someone.
The beach was crowded with Majestic rental chairs blocking every view and access to the beach. It was the worst beach access we have ever had and most of the rental chairs were empty with umbrellas blocking the view and access having to walk between chairs and umbrellas very close together. One day we even set up in front of a different hotel to avoid the overt commercialism of the Majestic so we could have access to the beach with a view. Probably a game changer for us.
